Everything needed for a stay in self catering accommodation is there. Owners always available, either in person, or by phone. A fair walk - 10 to 15 minutes - from the sea front or town, bus stop for half hourly service to town centre just 50 yards away.

The host was really helpful and friendly. We didn't spend much time in the apartment but it had everything needed and made a great base. The bed was comfy which was a great bonus! Would definitely stay again :)

The apartment was spotless, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Only a five minute walk to the prom / coral island. My car was safe as it was on private off road parking with Cctv for free. Couldn’t fault the place.

The good bit’s....Mandy & Keith (owner’s) really nice people & helpful😀 Apartment lovely & clean, had everything you need😀 The bad bit’s....No Wi-Fi in room☹️Only worked in Lobby!!!☹️ An electric meter in the room you needed to use throughout stay (not really expensive) but was not told about when booking!!!☹️ Next door’s Tv so loud-could hardly hear our own Tv in our room & could not sleep until 12:30am!!!☹️ Had to strip bed linen off bed on departure (didn’t mind doing it really) but have NEVER stayed anywhere before that expected you to do it☹️ Hot water appalling!!! Had to run tap for a long time before it came through either in bathroom & kitchen sink☹️ DVD player....had no lead, owners sorted one out for us....however 1/2 way through watching film....DVD kept stopping & going back to beginning....in the end watched Tv instead☹️

Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for the hosts. We had a baby with us and anything we needed help with was resolved immediately. Couldn’t of asked for anymore. A great home from home. Will definitely book again in the future.

Positives - very helpful friendly owners, bed comfortable, on site parking. Negatives - had to pay for electricity via £1 coin operated meter. No mention on Hotels.com about this but luckily checked Norwyn court website before went. Difficult to get water to get hot and one day actually couldn’t get any hot water when we had a lie in, We stayed in apartment 6 and were told that heating came on daily, but actually there were no radiators in the room, there was a towel dryer/ heater in bathroom but this never came on so towels always damp, was electric heater that we had to pay for. Bathroom was tiny, and shower was hot but had no power. On the whole very pleasant owners but generally very run down.

great people running it, nice room. I've seen a couple of negative comments about the electric meter needing to put money in, yes there is a meter but for the week only took about £5. cannot fault the service.

When i first got there i didnt like how unclean it was specifically the kitchen draws, i did bur bad review but folling from that i got ask why i didn't come to them and it gives them a bad name i told the lady sorry but i waste some of my time cleaning i felt i was in the wrong, the lady said i was the first to complain , sorry

Property was very clean, comfortable, private and a great view of the tower. Everything you needed was there, can’t think of anything the hosts could have done to make it better.
