The host was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. He took the time to explain everything to us, helped us upstairs despite having some difficulty with his knees. Even when we were leaving, he called a taxi for us, made sure we got in safely, and kindly let us back in when I realised I had forgotten our train tickets.

After a long day out with my four little ones, I sometimes found the 10–12 minute walk back to the property quite tiring, especially while pushing the buggy. The network outside also made it difficult to call a taxi, but this was not the host’s fault at all.

Host is very humble and kind Hard to find such people. Would always book again for next holiday

Just that my flat was on the second floor.But it is not the hosts fault.

So close to everything, having difficulty walking far this was fantastic for me. There is a stair lift for anyone needing it too. The gentleman who checked us is was very friendly. We will be booking again 100%

If I needed to be nip picky and by the way is nothing big or anything they could do to change it was the intermittent loud buzing from the electric payment metrer. Like I say its not a big issue jyst me that notices this kind of noise the only other thing again no reflection on the appointments its the council that need to re look at the 1 hour only parking outside the apartment and up the street. Its not grate that you cant park outside where your staying. But the central multi story carpark was fab and close by
