Lovely host and comfortable for a few days.

Host was a credit to the property, he was lovely and welcoming. The flat is basic and quite small but had just about everything we needed to be comfortable for a few days. Very well located, only 5ish mins from central pier and on a reasonably quiet road. All lovely and clean and parking at the end of the road for about £10 or £12 a day. Also shops at either end of palatine road for the bits you need.

Only small issues. We could hear the people above (although host had words and just about sorted, as they were running around at 6am and hoovering at 8am). Also only 2 comfy seats for 3 of us to use (flat was made for 4).

The host was really nice

The flat was not clean it had only one radiator in the living room and it was very cold. You had to put 50p in the meter I thought they were all extinct.

A great stay with no problems whatsoever which is why we’ve stayed in this exact apartment for about 6 years out of 8 ye

We were all in the same space (the whole family was self contained within one area 1 room with bunk beds, 1 room with drop down double bed/sofa with also had the dining area and kitchen in it a hall way leading to the master double bed bedroom and the toilet/shower room

The only thing that could improve this apartment is to have a tv in each the other 2 bedrooms

Very clean apartment, everything you needed was supplied. At main entrance there was buckets and spades for the kids to borrow, book cabinet that you could borrow a book, will definitely use again 😀

Perfect stay for me and my little family

I stayed here for three nights with my three children. It was clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ken was very friendly and helpful. Being able to borrow buckets and spades was a lovely touch!

Convenient location, the apartment is out dated (probably quite normal for Blackpool) but it is clean, looked after, well equipped, quiet and safe. Would definitely return again with my family and the host was lovely too.

Perfect Stay!

Property was lovely and clean, really good location to town, beach and arcades. The apartment had everything we needed. There was a lovely touch of being able to borrow beach towels and buckets/spades. Ken was a delight and so friendly and helpful. we will definitely be back next year

Exceeded expectations.

Ken the host was so lovely and helpful! Great communication throughout, helped with directions, change for the meter and just nice chats too when we crossed paths. Wifi worked perfectly, we all slept well and the area was pretty quiet as well. We all had a lovely stay and will be back if we can!

Sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable but that is nitpicking and I did fine once I layered one of the spare blankets that had been left by the host so it was all good! Genuinely not anything else I can think to add to this part.

Fantastic location, hosts were helpful but non intrusive which is perfect, accomodation is basic but it's perfect for what we wanted (somewhere to sleep), clean and tidy place. Would visit again
