Location was superb

Host was a credit to the property, he was lovely and welcoming. The flat is basic and quite small but had just about everything we needed to be comfortable for a few days. Very well located, only 5ish mins from central pier and on a reasonably quiet road. All lovely and clean and parking at the end of the road for about £10 or £12 a day.
Also shops at either end of palatine road for the bits you need.
Only small issues. We could hear the people above (although host had words and just about sorted, as they were running around at 6am and hoovering at 8am).
Also only 2 comfy seats for 3 of us to use (flat was made for 4).
