The location of our Almar apartment was perfect for us.
We had no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink but Sam was on the case as soon as we talk him.

The location was perfect for our family. The room was very spacious. The room contained a seperate utility/kitchen area with a sink, fridge freezer and washing machine. We brought our own fan due to recent stays elsewhere that had no fan, we needn't have bothered as the room already had 2 fans ready. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Working shower with a good size cubicle. Would stay again.
Some walls could do with a lick of paint. Everything else was great.
