Apartment is good value for money if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay. Kitchen was fully equipped.

New year's eve stay

The location was excellent and very central. It was lovely and warm. Good communication from owner regarding checking in. Price was good for what is offered

It was very small, especially the bathroom. Perfect for one night but wouldn't want to stay there longer. Beds were quite uncomfortable but as we were there for one night I wasn't going to complain.

Scruffy & Insecure Apartment

Location

Very poor condition of apartment including broken door closures.Broken door lock to one bedroom and missing Architrave to apartment entrance door meaning it was simple for any one to open Yale lock with a credit card or knife or similar. Suggest that a decent 3 Lever Lock needs fitting. Apartment was generally scruffy with bad workmanship to fixtures and fittings. I wouldn't recommend !!

Not fit for purpose

No heating, radiators didn’t work, small heater provided but didn’t heat the place up. Awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Hole in the bathroom ceiling that wasn’t sealed so wind and rain came through all night.

Does the job and not bad value for amount paid

Hosts were friendly and a sms message was sent beforehand to provide the key code details and a picture of the property as there is no signage outside. Apartment was large and had a kitchen to use. Host provided a travel cot but the mattress was dirty and they didn't provide a sheet so didn't use it.

Apartment 3. beds were uncomfortable, the finish of all décor i.e. walls, cupboards, storage units, pipework etc was definitely done in house as everything looked like it had been bodged in a day. I'm questioning if I have undiagnosed OCD as it started to hurt my eyes. Would have been nice to have a few small toiletries such as shampoo as it just had a bottle of carex shower gel. The shower unit surfaces had a few bogies wiped on them too. There is also no shelf to put anything within the shower cubical.

Great stay in central Blackpool - lovely room with good facilities and sea view

Great location - easy to find, very close to Tower, Coral Island, and the new multi-story car park. Host met us on arrival and was lovely, although it was an easy self check-in using a key safe. We stayed in apartment 3 (5 bed) and it was great - has evidently been recently decorated, roomy with comfy beds, and the mini-kitchen was brilliant (microwave, fridge, kettle, hobs, airfryer) which allowed us to cook an evening meal. All in all a great stay and we would definitely come back :)

Where it was located

How hot it was… The kitchen door was nearly hanging off Couldnt turn the radiator off in the bathroom… Which made the whole of the apartment very hot It wasn’t the apartment in the pictures… so was abit upset about that… Had to ask for stuff that should have been provided eg iron hair dryer It’s seems like it still needs things doing to it… So some of the kitchen door didn’t have the handles and were just left inside the cupboards…. And the place as a whole had a really funky smell Wasn’t very clean…. Windows, mirrors, sink etc Wouldn’t stay again

Room we had was amazing! We loved it!! We had everything and more we needed, staff were amazing if we needed anything they were there to help!

Family trip great location clean and family friendly

Excellent stay for what we needed the staff where very helpful and accommodating, the car park is over the road at a reasonable price for 24hour stay. Would definitely stay again.

Not much to not like, the exterior landing light didn't go off and was very bright but no trouble we just closed the bedroom doors.

Very central everything is on your doorstep.

We normally stay in a b&b but this was better. It was nice having a small kitchen with tea coffee milk and cereal available. And also a microwave which is handy if you have younger children with you. Would stay here again.

Didnt like the front of property, I was looking for a green canopy, which is no longer there. It looked untidy outside. But the inside was fine for a night in Blackpool.

Great for the price

The location was amazing, efficient self check in. The size of the room was great and spacious. Facilities were good, we had a fridge microwave kettle and toaster and even a toastie maker! For the price we paid and the location there isn't really anything to moan about!

Needed a lot of TLC, wallpaper all marked and peeling in places, more attention to detail but we felt comfortable here regardless of the little niggles.
