Next to everything staff are nice

No towels and heating went off about 11pm and was freezing all night

Close to the front Friendly host En-suite bathroom area and clean towels were provided

The only real issue that can be held is the noise which isnt a property issue it’s a Blackpool issue

Unfortunately other guests banging and shouting from 7-10am Roman hadn’t been cleaned properly marks on shower top of wardrobe was filthy
