Very disappointing stay

That it was near to winter gardens

That the heater in the bedroom didn't work and there was an electric small heater that didn't give off much heat. The shower was very poor and wasn't hot just warm, not good this time of year

Tv screen was broken and had some lines running across the screen Fridge made an awful sound during the night which I had to get up and open the door of it for the noise to stop The shower wasn't powerful enough

Perfect location lovely place to stay

Great place to stay for a weekend clean and a perfect location . We stayed for 2 nights . We were here for a concert at The winter gardens and it was literally just around the corner.

If you were staying longer than a weekend, you would struggle for space to hang your clothes as there is no wardrobe just a shelf where you can hang a few items .

It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

The apartment was very nicely fitted out. The extra bed had been prepared for us. We were able to contact the managers with a query very easily.

We were surprised that there was not a tumble drier, which made drying clothes a little tricky. We later found a coin-operated launderette in the neighbourhood.

Excellent place to stay.

Exceptional clean Lot of added extras ie towels, washing up liquid T towel, dishcloths oven gloves and milk. Plenty of room for 2 children and 3 adults. Loved having an outside door in this heat. Overall fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Location perfect. Carpark nearby. Apartment fully equipped, comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again overall very pleased.Great apartment.

We were in lower level, the outside area could do with a tidy. There was rubbish and generally looked unappealing. The apartment had a bit of a funny smell. Probably from just being shut up. Once we had the door and windows open it faded.

Our stay was good, but cramped

clean and neat little room. The room came with microwave and a little fridge, which was really helpful for our stay. When I contacted the agency about a lightbulb that needed replacing, they were there in a flash and all was done very quickly.

The place is way too small for 2 people, only 1 bedside table. No cupboard, only a hanging space that was too small for both our things. No space to put our suitcases. Meaning that it was not really possible to live out of the suit case either. We stayed in apartment no 9 on the top floor and it faces onto Charnley Street which is VERY noisy at ALL hours of the day and night. There was a little table and chairs to sit at, ,however these were definitely bought with form over function feel and once one person was sitting at the table, there was no space to maneuver in the room. This room is definitely a 1-person accommodation, but for 1 it would be perfect.

Perfect location near to train station, and town centre. Close to shops. Apartment very modern and clean, plenty of space for the four of us.

The fan in the bathroom very loud, an as there was only one bathroom in the apartment in one of the bedrooms was a pain throughout the night someone needing the toilet and switching light on would mean the fan would come on and would stay on for a while before going off disturbed sleep, due to this.

Easily access to all attractions

Apartments have everything you could think of. Very clean, tidy and little extras. Few repairs needing done but just minor things which I reported to the Apartments. They offered to come fix but not required for our short stay. Close to the main town and attractions.

Pleasent experience

Everything was great really

My only couple issues for me was the door to enter the shower isn’t built for someone with curves and we had bought ice lollies and put them in the freezer and only like half of them had actually frozen with the time I had been there I do think the tv would be better moved to the corner of the room in front of the bed and upgraded as the quality on movies and tv shows was horrible, though doesn’t bother too much if your out on holiday more

The room was too hot the fan wasn't big enough and the stairs up to the property are very narrow, maybe explain where the room is IE at the top of the house because although I'm consider myself a fit 61 the climb was wee bit too much for me

Beautifully arranged apartment close to Blackpool Tower. Quiet location and comfy bed meant a good night's sleep. Kitchen has everything you need and really appreciated the teapot!
