Location was perfect, lovely and spacious, facilities great, apart from no shelving and poor lighting, bed was comfortable and nice & quiet and lovely & clean, would definitely stay again
The property could do with some shelving in the bathroom, nowhere to put toiletries in the shower or to put make up when getting ready, could do with a shelf near the large mirror in the living area again for makeup getting ready and maybe a light over the mirror because when you have two women trying to get ready at same time it’s not great, would prefer check in to be slightly earlier and would love it if check out Was 11:00 not 10:00

Location, near the city centre, and Winter Gardens
Maybe a bedside table, on the side nearest the window, a shelf for toiletries in the shower 👍🏼

Great all round self catering apartment ideal for our needs.
Unfortunately there was a very nasty smell in the double bedroom and bathroom had to leave windows open but closed at night and when we left. We believe it was coming from the room vents leading to outside. We were in the basement.

That it was near to winter gardens
That the heater in the bedroom didn't work and there was an electric small heater that didn't give off much heat. The shower was very poor and wasn't hot just warm, not good this time of year
