Great NYE stay

It was a great location with the central pier near enough direct to the road of the accommodation with the trams running every 10 minutes to north or south piers minutes walk to the tower. The inside was very spacious and very clean outstanding host

There was a kettle, toaster and fridge

Bed was tiny - had to climb over husband to get to the toilet; Blind is too light and lets light in meaning we got little chance for a lie in, Only 2 coat hangers provided

Blackpool is a dump. We were there to perform at the Rebellion Festival. You get what you pay for.

Neighbouring residents banging on our windows and doors and hurling racial and homophobic abuses at us very late at night.

Tv volume didn’t work at all so no sound on the TV… toilet seat was broken but usable.. and the pillows were mega uncomfortable and there was a funky smell 😅

Good location but cramped & noisy room

We were able to check in early. Room was clean with lots of tea & coffee. The WiFi was good, TV was large. Good location- about 5 mins from central pier. A good few bars & cafes close to hotel.

Room was much smaller than it looked in pictures - felt very cramped & had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. Had to boil kettle on the floor as no socket on the counter. Toilet door is see through. Walls are very thin & unfortunately the other people staying in the hotel were very loud - allowing their numerous kids to run up & down stairs, screaming & left their large buggy in the narrow hallway.

Disappointing.

Location was good, close to the sea front and amenities.

Badly needs upgraded, decorated. Seriously, it needs a deep clean, everything needs cleaned, floors were dirty and sticky. Window coverings - very thin, see-through blinds, one which we had to fix close with a spoon!!!! No cooker, just a hob and microwave. Shower, very tight space to enter and exit.

host is friendly, location excellent free car park for first come first get, the shower its pressure strong and hot water availability all the time .

only one thing maybe it's only related to our room which was on ground floor located its ventilation was poor as there was kind of sewage smell continually, other thing the bathroom has no lock from inside, no privacy otherwise the bathroom was very clean and tidy

Met immediately on arrival with keys. Owner is lovely and helped carry baggage up to the room.

Everything was fine with the property. Street can be a little noisy at times from other properties but that cannot be helped.

Avoid at all costs

Nothing was shocking

There were stains on the sheets, and beds, the above guests were banging non stop woke my children up twice, we had music on the tv and was told to turn it down, we was then thrown out for complaining about the guests banging upstairs constantly, want a refund, he left me and my kids on the street at 11pm at night 3 hours from home absolutely shocking, the smells in the room was horrific between sweaty feet and wet dog

Staff were really friendly and would go the extra mile for you. Great location, 10 minute walk from the centre.

Blinds could have been darker rather than see through, so you couldn't see the Blackpool Tower through it while trying to sleep. Basic things like wooden spoon, spatula, can opener would have helped.

The landlord was very rude and obnoxious. Requested money for a couple we met outside the hotel then said he didn't receive it, when screen shots were sent to him, wouldn't let them in there room, so I said they could come upto my apartment as they had a 5 year old child and I had just done the transfere for them, he said they had to wait 2 hours for it to clear! Then he came up shouting and called the police to get me and my 3 children removed from the property after paying nearly £200 for the weekend! So then I also lost the £60 he made me send him for them and they never got in the room and I've never seen them again. Never met a more obnoxious rude man before who just liked to rip people off

Reasonable price for what you get and where it is. Few little things would hugely improve the stay.

Close to the pier, madam tussauds,sea life, the tower, and loads of amusements. Host present on arrival and leaving. Towels provided and neatly presented.

The taps in the kitchenette are around the wrong way. Issue with this being kids risk of being burned. The shower was the same and pretty tricky even for an adult to work out. Again risk of burning. The water was boiling. Toilet roll holder broken m. Bathroom light was cracked and when the apartment above showered it leaked through the bathroom vent and flooded the bathroom. We had to wash all the utensils provided as they were dirty. Sofa very hard and uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep. Says soundproof but the lack of furnishings and type of flooring makes for loud living if you want to move. Lots of hits left from previous stay.

The description was off as it was described as having two bedrooms when in fact one bedroom was kinda in the living area. In the end this was ok and we were all happy. The host is nice and understanding. Would recommend 👌

The Location was great, The room was nice and clean, The facilities in the room was great

The door too thew bathroom needs changing, The door has glass panels in it, It is slightly covered , but you can see what people are doing in the bathroom , even on the toilet, Wouldn't be ideal if you was on a first date situation.

Perfect location, New building, everything new, (new fridge, new microwave, new bathroom, EVERY New)

The location was superb, the room precisely matched the description and fulfilled all our requirements, the beds were exceptionally comfy, ranking among the most pleasant we have encountered in a lodging establishment, the staff was amiable and accommodating, and the entire facility was unequivocally a fantastic place to stay. The room is impeccably arranged, with brand new appliances such as a fridge, microwave, kettle and bathroom.

Everything was practically perfect, so it wasn't much.
