Fabulous and stunning views!!

Loved the location, central for everything. Stunning views and really quiet considering we were at the front. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Maybe include more lighting near the front door as returning in the evening was really dark. Also more storage for clothes, hair dryer, scissors and non slip shower mat would be useful. The shower wasnt powerful. But didnt effect our stay, we had the best time.

Absolutely brilliant stay in this property!

The hosts were great and messaged back quickly enough. All codes were sent in email and made collecting the keys, and accessing the property super easy. The apartment was lovely, nothing negative to report at all, we all loved the apartments and everything in it.

Lovely apartment but location let's it down slightly

The apartment itself was lovely plenty of space 2 floors and comfy. The location let's it down which is a shame - next to an abandoned building plenty of pigeons and we had an influx of b Bluebottles when we first arrived which was such a shame. But we did annihilate them all and contacted owners to make them aware and they were lovely offered us a new apartment but by then all was under control and we really liked the apartment so we chose to stay. Was quiet and had no other issues over the weekend.

Beautiful apartment

It was exactly as it looks in the pictures- totally beautiful, perfect view, perfect location

The only thing I’d say is having to go in and out through the back was a little daunting although it wouldn’t put me off staying again

Ideal location and great place

The apartment was great, ideal location.

The main entrance to the apartments could do with some lighting and a drainpipe adding to the property at the side. There was water pouring down the path when there was heavy rain.

We had a very nice stay in a lovely apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and quiet. Lovely big shower cubicle and very comfy beds.

The area was a little dingy with the building next door looking derelict. The outside space had lots of discarded cigarette stubs which should have been cleaned up and the patio doors were very dirty on the outside.

The apartments very clean and comfortable.

A little problem with entering apartment due to the code not releasing the key. However, it was dealt with promptly by an apologetic lady.

Overall a lovely stay and would possibly stay again if we were to ever visit Blackpool in the future

The apartment (5) was lovely and just like the pictures. The apartment was on the top/3rd floor and the views and location were amazing overlooking the beach and between south and central piers.

The lounge area was very drafty and quite cold, if we put the heating up the bedrooms got very hot and the lounge was still cold. Lots of the tv channels didn’t work, not sure if that was the horrendous weather causing it or possibly just needs updating. Car parking could be a problem although we found spaces close by but bear in mind it’s around £15 for 24 hours and were quite limited. You enter the apartment block from the back and at night didn’t feel particularly safe if you were on your own as the block next door was empty and squatters were occupying it although that is obviously not the fault of the owners of Beach Boutique Apartments.

Great location i prefer to be in the centre close to all activities we booked The apartment was beautiful spotless & very modern Everything you need from iron to hairdryer The view was lovely -sea view 😍 Would highly recommend & would definitely consider booking again I never met with staff however, the communication through booking.com was great clear instructions on how to access the building Thanks

Amazing view over the sea from large windows. Very spacious living area, well designed and very comfortable. Two good sized double bedrooms.

Parking can be a challenge, especially if you want to use your car during your stay. Communal hallway carpet in need of deeper cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Hot water and heating didn’t work, water leaking through the living room windows as well as big draft in the bedroom. Strong smell of week the entire stay even though it states strictly no smoking, I informed the staff and they came back to me being very saying I was lying. Over priced, will not be staying again

Loved the location of the apartment. It was spacious and beautifully decorated.

The only other problem was one day the cleaners turned up in two cars and parked up back of the property partially block

We stayed in apartment one ground floor. The only thing was that the bathroom and bedrooms was on the 1st floor accessed by 13 stairs and there was no hand rail this was bad if you were disabled and had problems with stairs. Why my wife does.

I loved everything about this apartment, it was very spacious and beds where so comfy it was also nice and quiet and the location was spot on and the owners are lovely which makes it even better will definitely be back here for sure :)

Spacious, modern, Superb views, good correspondence with the owners... stairs where very tiring to flat 5 so we will go lower next time. tip if warm turn the fridge up as soon as you arrive... we will be back soon 😊

The apartment was spacious, good wifi, plenty of hot water

Very noisy birds in derelict building next door. Very hard to sleep. We all went home exhausted. Carpets on stairs up to apartment were very dirty, as was outside entrance. Rubbish lying about. There was 2 sets of stairs in our apartment with no hand rail. It was very dangerous as we had our daughter with autism with us. She is not safety conscious. Lots of flies in the apartment. The blinds didn't really cover the windows so it was very bright and hard to sleep

Location was OK. Comfortable bed and generally very good. Felt secure, three codes / keys to gain access. Spacious. Looks as if recently decorated. Good shower.

Great location within walking distance to Blackpool Tower and all amenities. Clean and tidy apartment inside, felt very safe and secure and quiet area. Perfect for a weekend break with friends - plenty of space. Great communication with hosts.

Would stay again loads better than the cheap hotels

It was excellent could not fault anything it was as described we were there for the northern soul weekend at the tower just a 10 minute walk away it was across the road from home bargains so able to do a quick stock up of nibbles etc

Nice once in apartment

Apartments themselves nice inside, nicely furnished but in need of a paint as were the communal areas…

Access to the property would be better through the front of the Property the ‘back alley’ constantly had people drinking outside of it broken glass around etc and arriving in the dark to it didn’t give the best vibe. Random pillows on the floor in ‘fire escape area’ which I guess would soon be put onto beds…

No parking Area is not great, but apartment really felt secure and looks lovely inside the apartment itself. Beach is just across road and quick walk to the central pier / Blackpool tower. Kitchen not particularly well stocked Shower not very powerful. Warm enough but not hot.
