The location the view was amazing very convenient to shops tram was easily used to get about the beds were comfortable so was sofa i would highly recommend this place
The stairs going up to flat but it was worth it for the view alone

The apartment was very clean and modern
The entrance was in a very undesirable area, filled with rubbish and discarded furniture and a homeless man was sleeping in a doorway to the building. We also were expecting a sea view as this was the image used to advertise the apartment.

The flat was how it was advertised 😁 excellent
The entrance to property could be improved with bins being emptied, lights leading up to the security door, lights going on before nearly falling downstairs leaving from flat 3, more cutlery as there was only 4 of each when apartment sleeps 6 also not idea for family with buggy a lower level would have been ideal also the homeless people outside prom entrance should be moved on or asked to move from entry door.

Just put it like this if you could pick it up and move location I would probably go there again.
Entrance was in a dark road and there was rubbish and used nappies outside the entrance.it was so dark we had to use our phone torch to see the code box .I was told we were on first floor we had to go up two flights of steep stairs .the appartment wasn't finished stud work wasn't plastered or painted .no hairdryer whitch if it's classed as boutique should have . kitchen drainer had a hole in it so water run into cupboard there was lots of issues
