The staff were very helpful from the start, very clean, decent proximity to the Tower

It's great for the price, does need updating and it is above a cafe and there is a Chinese takeaway next door, I don't recall seeing a fire alarm or emergency valuation instructions as there is only one way in and out of the property up/down stairs as shown in photos

Everything needed was in place. Clean and tidy.

Personally, the property would be beautiful without those thick carpets which contain lot of dust and dirt when it is not cleaned. Laminated floor would have been much better. But I have no complaints.

The beds were comfy and to fair it was a clean apartment, if in need of a lot of TLC.

The heating in the back bedroom and bathroom didn't work very well which meant I had a cold night. The light above the stairs wasn't working which considering the various levels at that point wasn't very safe. And the fridge was either faulty or had been set incorrectly as the two pints of milk we brought for drinks and breakfast was a block of ice by Sunday morning! The fruit we left in there was also frozen solid. The owner promised to confirm where the free parking was when confirming the entry code, but we didn't get that info even after messaging.
