The apartment was really nice and modern, felt like a home from home. It was really clean and so close to everything we needed to get to aswell. Will definitely be staying here again in the future :)

Apart from the on street parking, which you will never find a space in Blackpool, everything was great. Nice refurbished apartment. Something that I've never seen around Blackpool before. I would definitely go back there again.

Comfy, clean and cozy. Plenty of space when traveling with family. Comfy beds.

Wi-Fi did not work , the tv would only play certain Chanel’s, bathroom door would not close fully so not much privacy when showering. Would be nice to have a small Amount of coffee, tea and sugar for the price for arrival.

That I never have to return !

Im writing this to avoid others the disappointment, we stayed here as a family with our two young children for a birthday. The booking company will naturally dispute this or conjure an explanation (please see my photos you will see it’s backs up my comments) I currently have a claim going through PayPal to obtain a full refund. Upon entry there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke & a damp fusty smell we all commented on this, the apartment is as the pictures shows a terrace house that is portioned up into three separate accommodations it’s cleverly done and you have your own space nothing is shared. We drove 3hrs to get here and upon arriving we couldn’t operate the shower I tried multiple times to call the out of hours number on a poster located in the apartment but no one answered the phone (the booking company disputed this despite me sharing call logs). When I called them in normal hours at 9am they sent someone out 15min before we checked out who confirmed it was broken and needed an electrician. we had pre paid tickets to somewhere and checked out a few minutes later in line with the t&c’s. The shower never worked all through the stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was terrible (common theme in feedback) which is disgusting especially when we are coming out of a pandemic there were areas that had clearly not been cleaned, dust on every hard surface, cobwebs in every corner of every room, crumbs in the sofa beds (which are not actual sofa beds they provide no comfort when you lay on them) when you collapse them, old hair & gunk in the shower tray, old dog excrement in the yard which the bedroom window faces onto (when you open it you could smell it), marks on the bed base, brown marks on the wall behind the toilet brush, dirty hand prints on the door frames, broken wardrobe back that leans that far forwards it looks dangerous, broken toilet roll holder … the list is endless … just avoid it’s seriously not worth the money or hassle !

Close to the sea ( but not the beach)

The picture doesn’t show the real thing.. Cleaning it’s done very superficial! Very dirty and smelly! Filthy beddings and carpet as well . Sofas very uncomfortable to sleep on and very smelly. No parking available anywhere close by and no rubbish or recycling bin at the property. After we made the payment we received a very long list with ridiculous rules.. like if you leave any rubbish in the house the will deduct from your deposit…No coffee maker ( as stated ) and no decent coffee shop around. We payed £900 for 6 nights and after the payment we had to pay deposit and booking fee . Bathroom it’s the worst ! Spider web in the shower, smells horrible ( no windows) after you take a shower, bathroom floor gets flooded and stays wet for days. No washer/dryer when come back from the sea with wet clothes and towels. I could not wait to get out of this apartment and will never go back!!

Not enough at the moment due to the shower issues.

Late check in.4pm.A little dissapointed with this but ok.Shower area overflowed, did not drain.Called Sasco bearing in mind 4pm check in. After first shower, was told would take 15 minutes to drain.Told them that the water was at the bedroom door.Was asked if I wanted a plumber to be called,we were about to go out for dinner so told them I didnt feel comfortable with this as we would be out.This shower water is still in the bathroom at 12.53 pm

Modern, fresh decor and quiet.

Check In was late in afternoon and should be earlier for money being paid. Keys and door code were not clear from an e-mail having to read on mobile phone. Sofa Beds in lounge were not entirely comfortable for party of 4.
