View out of the window to next door property which unfortunately you can do nothing about more is the pity

I liked how everything is exactly the same with the pictures, kitchen tools were enough and there's a market close by. I stayed for 10 days and l left happy. Thank you Jo&Emi

Building itself is very old, it was shaking from time to time.

Fantastic! The apartment is perfect it has all you need all In one room perefect for me and my girlfriend more than enough space. The only issue is the bed as its a fold in and out bed so caused some issues due to the pillows falling behind during the night all throughout and couldn't properly sleep. bed and mattress are also uncomfortable but apart from the bed and mattress issue everything else was absolutely perfect 100% going to come and stay again had a great time kitchen is also perfect brilliant access. Thanks for having us.

As soon as we opened the front door, it smelt very clean and fresh. The facilities were great and we had plenty of clean towels and everything you need. We enjoyed going over the road to the local Home Bargains and getting some food to stock the fridge. It was like a home from home. The bed was very soft and comfortable and we slept well with minimal seagull noises :)

When I pulled open the sofa bed for my daughter, crumbs came flying out. The fitted sheet that was on the mattress was full of food and hair. When I went to grab clean sheets from the ottoman they'd all been clearly used or were stained. I messaged and was told clean sheets would be brought to us but they never arrived.

The apartment was absolutely stunning. When you went in the front door of the building it was very welcoming and had such a nice smell. The apartment though was out this world, had everything we needed and even supplied us a fan which was fab during the night. The cleaner was also lovely and gave us some more toilet roll. Would not stay anywhere else in Blackpool now. Fab hosts aswell checked in most days to make sure we were comfortable. Amazing! Great effort guys. 10/10

We had a confirmation for a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in lounge and on arrival it was a studio

Where it was situated

Oven fell out so didn’t dare cook in the oven, plaster falling off the bathroom ceiling which resulted in plaster over the towels, stains on the bed sheets and curtains, lights didn’t work properly only 1 bulb out of 4 worked, couldn’t check in till 4pm because of the oven it was 3pm original check in

Conveniently placed not far from main centre, room was spotless, smelled amazing and clean. Hosts were VERY quick to reply and very nice.

Great location, very clean room, one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on I need the name of the place they got the mattress lol! Parking near by which the hosts sent us in an email which was great! Also kept in touch through email every now and then so still had contact with them even though we didn’t meet

The property is very modern and clean. The bed was really comfy. The TV had everything on, including Netflix (if you had your own log in).

Quite a bit of noise from neighbours or people in the building but nothing major. No view from the windows. Hair dryer was broke but the house keeper replaced this whilst we were out.

It’s in a great location really central

Was woken up at around 4am. Someone in the building was shouting in a foreign language on the phone. It was so loud and went on for at least ab hour. So we didn’t get much sleep at all. There was also a huge brown stain on the bed sheet and loads of hairs in the bed. Felt the cleanliness could have been a little better.

It was pretty clean on arrival. We could not find all of the bedsheets but a few messages later from the host and we had found them. It was quiet in the block itself. Some very nice touches from the hosts, such as tea and coffee.

The location was very grim. View from window was described as 'courtyard' but in reality it was a rubbish dump. Noisy seagulls all day and night feasting in the rubbish dumped outside, which was the back of a cafe. The location was very run down and had an 'edge' at night.

It was nice and quiet within the building and the property is nearby shops that are convenient for shopping at any time.

The room was lovely. It was well equipped with everything you would need. Including a full sized oven, plates, cutlery, hob, cleaning products, kettle, toaster, full sized fridge, microwave, towels, TV, a table, clothes rail and even a hair dryer. All together a lovely place. The wallpaper and decor was lovely. It was spotlessly cleaned. Plenty of plug sockets and two ceramic radiators, which kept the room warm. Plenty of hot water. The owners were nice. They accommodated me leaving my case after checkout and answered my questions fairly promptly. The property is centrally located, close to the central pier and a short walk to town (tower end) or to the Pleasure Beach. There is a regular bus (very reliable service) to town, which takes 5 minutes, and this bus goes to Lytham or Preston the other way. I used the bus, a lot. The area is a little run down, but then most of Blackpool seems a little tired, these days. I would stay absolutely stay again.

Some of the finishes were a little botched and not really finished properly. But nothing too bad. Just needs a few touch ups of the paint drips and filling of cracks. The heating was a little confusing as I couldn't always get it to work. I couldn't get the heated towel rail to work at all. A welcome pack, with some instructions on how to work the heating and appliances would be useful for guests. A welcome pack could also contain travel info, bus time tables, some taxi numbers and local info. This would be a great addition. The property has pin entry and a code for your individual door. I thankfully brought a pen and paper and wrote these down as if my phone went flat, I would have lost this and been locked out. This was a constant worry, until I did this. Maybe a card, with a pen, to note down this info, may be helpful. The bathroom was a little tight, as the toilet is tucked round a corner. But it wasn't unworkable. It had a nice shower area and the shower was good. I stayed in the Calisto room, which overlooked the back yard, downstairs is a tattoo shop, I think this back yard belongs to them. It really needs a good cleaning up. There is rubbish, paint, a medical waste bin and general detritus out there. Next doors property is empty and has scaffolding up and another dirty yard. I paid £85 a night and this back area really detracts from the apartment especially given the dining table is in the window, sitting having a cuppa and overlooking dirty run down back yards wasn't the best!! The windows need cleaning. There was some issues with noise during my stay. I think the tattoo shop were playing their music very loud, but I couldnt work out where the noise was coming from. I know there is another room above and I could hear them banging around, walking, using their shower and bathroom fan. The music may have been them but I don't think so.

Had everything we needed. Kept up to date by the owners. Peaceful and convenient.

The property was clean and modern a decent sized apartment with good facilities.

The bed was far too small for a double extremely uncomfortable, it was a fold down bed from a unit that had no head board , and it was slanted the pillows kept falling off the end , and my feet were hanging from the bottom of the bed. ( I’m 6ft )

Couldn't move in the shower, the pressure of the shower was bad, hard pillows, poor quality TV battery's keeped falling out, noisey we also had terrible sleep ,there was trouble outside and people sat on the door shouting starting with people fealt uncomfortable, banging upstairs all night with music, bright powder for milk, lovley looking room and mattress was comfy,

Bed was extra comfortable:) room was lovely

cleaning fee £40+ however the email says pots should be washed and instructions about cleaning the room

View from our apartment and the window were dirty. I know the view they can’t control As building across needs repairing.
