We really enjoyed our stay and would deffiantly stay again.

Enough space for our family, the facilities are great. Close to local shop and not far from the prom. We loved that it had access to the garden also, plenty of bedding and plenty of pillows and facilitated everything if it was a longer stay as fully equipped with cooking equipment and cups and plates and cutlery

It was quite dark when walking through the door maybe if the blinds were open, the mattress on the bottom bunk was noisy and quite uncomfortable.

Absolutely awful! It didn’t state anywhere on my booking that our stay would be like taking part in a bush tucker trial!

The property was well located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. However we didn’t get to visit all the attractions we had planned because we HAD TO leave early due the ANT INFESTATION!

We only stayed for one of our two nights we booked and paid for as the apartment was infested with ants!! We were told that deterrents would be brought in and used in the property and if we left that we would NOT receive a refund. We were not happy to stay with a live infestation along with the chemicals that would need to be used. I am STILL trying to get a refund! They denied there were ants in the property, then I found another review on Air B & B from another guest that stayed a few days before us, stating that there were ants in the property! I also sent video evidence! The very narrow hallway to the (inside) front door should not be classed as disabled accessible as it was extremely hard to manoeuvre a wheelchair into the property. The shower room leaked into the lounge onto the carpet. The toilet seat wasn’t a fixed seat which resulted in my disabled sister almost slipping off the toilet. The whole place smelled damp. I assume this is from the bathroom. And the whole place could use a really good clean. The blinds, carpets and sofas in particular. I can’t share videos here as it only allows photos.

Location Perfect with inconvenience

Location is perfect for walking distance of many activity attractions, as well as the beach itself so is convenient. Contacting admin services were efficient with both an email and a out of hours number line. Overall the actual flat is adequate for price with visible inconveniences

One bedrooms light switch doesn't function One bedside cabinet broken/dismantled Bathroom has no lock and poor water drainage system WiFi connection is really bad Open shower situations makes the water drainage system a problem as the water spreads to other areas Living room high chairs are too high compared to the table and uncomfortable for sitting and posture and the TV streaming services were unused as connection was impossible.

Unfortunately this was no fault of the apartment but the cleaners did a terrible job of the bathroom area. Refused to shower as when I turned it on the standing water on the wet room floor was a sea of black body hairs.

The Location and the apartment itself made it a great stay !

The property location was ideal as very close to the beach. The apartment itself was spacious, very nicely decorated throughout and was perfect for families such as us. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were very comfortable, kitchen and shower room was very modern. The whole family loved it and would definitely come back. Parking outside was ideal if you got a space, which we did on a busy road : )

There was a few issues, such as the shower water going everywhere but you can see from the reviews before but for us it wasn’t too bad, just could do with a better option for clearing the water as the one provided, you have to bend down and clear the water from the floor into the drain. The main one on arriving for the kids was very bad WiFi connectivity, but saying that the kids actually spoke to one another for once and not stuck on their gadgets, which turned out well and good after our stay of 3 nights.

beds are really comfortable, including the sofa bed , tvs came with Netflix so it was ideal for the kids , good location.

the shower room was rotten , the showers was a wet room but the water didn’t drain properly so it end up every where and you couldn’t walk on the bathroom floor .

Stayed here from the 24th till the 26th of Aug 22 ...the place was dirty ...whatever you do don't use the cooker that is disgusting plus wear something on your feet the carpet is ming·ing ...the tell you to take photo's of any problems before hand and report them incase you lose your deposit ...shame they don't sort out previous problems ..this place could be great peeling flakey paint on the walls not a good look for the price they charge

Good location, but the bathroom is a disaster. Floods every time you shower and never dries off.

Fantastic location.

The shower is impossible to use for a house with 6 people, it floods the entire bathroom each time and doesn't dry off. There also wasn't any toilet paper, barely any utensils to cook and no coffee/tea (not even the basics).

Weekend away

It was clean and modern,

Getting to the property to find no key in the lock box and someone else in our room,had to ring sasco to sort the problem out 2hr.30 minutes later after getting the other people out of our room getting it cleaned due to there mess up,not very impressed with there excuses quite a few phone calls to sasco,then there emergency line due to the office closing at 5pm,it was me making all the phone call,they didn't phone me back to let me know, it was just a nightmare with two young children with us.I was told I would not get a refund or compensated.The manager who finally got us sorted was very good and apologetic.

Great for our one night stay

location is great, right next to the beach. parking close by, beds were comfy. secure entrance and flat contained everything needed for a short stay.

bathroom floods the living room carpet if you are not careful and some fixtures and fittings need attention, like toilet roll holder and toilet comes away from the wall. noise from upstairs can be heard very easily.

Comfortable but could have been better.

Location and cleanliness both good

The toilet was not attached to the wall correctly, the toilet door did not close without you slamming it, the toilet holder was broken. This was frustrating as we had to pay a £150 damage deposit. We booked for 6 and there was not enough crockery and cutlery. The flat was at the back of the property and was 1 of 3 flats in the house...the people in the other flats were noisy throughout the night and did not always lock the main door (this could not be helped but be aware of this when booking)
