Pat next door was very welcoming and helpful. He came out of the hotel to check in on us on the first day which was nice. The bedroom was lovely and snug and it was in a great location that felt safe.

Eveything needed was provided,towels tea coffee sugar etc,would def stay here again if returning to Blackpool.

We booked the one bedroom apartment it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay,the seafront was at the end of the street it was a 10min walk if that to the tower .The was a selection of shops restaurants etc within a two min walk .

Location great, price great,rooms on the small size but didn’t affect our stay

Easy access to get in with a code no key,the facility were spot on, everything you would need for your stay. Pat who let us in was lovely very helpfull, we couldn’t park outside the property (due to some very inconsiderate selfish peoples parking) but we parked a 1 min walk away which was only £14 from Friday to Sunday. The location was great would say in the middle off the south and north pier. Would 100% stay here again GREAT LOCATION ,GREAT PRICE AND GREAT HOST thank you

Perfect location and comfortable

These apartments were lovely and clean . They had everything you need for a self catering trip ! The location was perfect , 2 min walk to beach , 5 min to nearest tram stop and 20 min to pleasure beach ! Car park 5 mins up the road was a good price too if you can’t get street parking ! The hosts were great too , fast commutation ! Will be booking again !

Fabulous

It was far enough away to be quiet at night, but close enough to walk for the busier part of Blackpool. It was extremely clean and perfect for our little stay already thinking of our next trip to Blackpool

Good location

The greeting from the manager was very good. The apartment on first inspection was OK. The beds were comfortable and very clean as was the bedding. Bathroom was small but clean

The apartment was way too small for 5 people. Luckily 2 of our group were children. The seating in the lounge was very uncomfortable and not enough for us all to sit comfortably. There was a smell in the apartment and on closer inspection we noticed a bucket under the sink which was slowly filling with dirty water. This needs to be sorted immediately. I would not return here

Great place for families

Perfect location, easy to check in and friendly staff. Everything provided that you could need, spacious and clean. It was quiet which was ideal for kids. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Amazing location within walking distance of everything that we wanted. Pat, the host who met us on the day, was amazing, showing us around the apartment and informing us of the local area and ensuring that we were comfortable before leaving us. The apartment was very clean and had a good number of amenities, tea/coffee, etc.

The apartment was very clean, met all expectations and had everything we needed. The host made sure we had a travel cot with clean bedding and everything was perfect inside the apartment.

The apartment was very loud at the night time, the guests above us partying all night banging and shouting, woke up our 4 month old baby more than once at 1am, 2am, 3am and when they were asked to keep the noise down we got the door slammed in our faces. I think the walls are very thin but the “quiet time 9pm-8am” definitely didn’t get respected by any other guests apart from ourselves.

Fab apartments!

The building feels safe and secure, and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

There is a little walk to the tram either side, but it's super easy to get to and only takes a few minutes. There are no negatives about the apartments that I've found. We have stayed 3 times before and will be coming back again, that's for sure.

Good apartment.

The property was easily accessed via key pad entry (codes sent by the host before arrival). The property was clean, modern, well equipped and in a good location - 15 mins walk from the tower. Good kitchen area with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, built in cooker & hob. Lots of crockery provided. Nice bedding & towels provided. Free on street parking was a bonus. Communications from the host were excellent.

The property was fitted out to a very good standard, but as it was a small space it was rather cramped, which didn’t bother us but more than 2 people may struggle there. The double bed is pushed right up against the wall so not easy for one person to get in/out & there’s no bedside sockets. The sink in the bathroom isn’t easy to access as it’s a space saving toilet & sink combo, but that said the bathroom is modern & the shower is great.

The property was lovely and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The location was great and near to all amenities.

Unfortunately we were on the very top floor which was a bit of a struggle for my husband who had a new knee replacement.
