Apartment was spotless and every we needed was already there

The property was extremely clean with everything you could need available including hand wash, washing up liquid, body wash, toilet roll etc. I’ve stayed in other apartments in Blackpool where these were not provided. The beds were clean and extremely comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good, very close to the front and the pleasure beach.

The property was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It included a shower, a comfortable bed, an iron, cooking facilities with pots, pans and cutlery, as well as a TV with internet access. It had all the essential amenities required for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Although the bed was comfortable, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There was dirt underneath the pillows, and the bedding had an unpleasant smell. The cushions also had obvious marks that appeared to be dried nasal mucus. The kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly, as the cups and bowls in the cupboard were visibly dirty and had to be washed before use. The shower did not provide any toiletries or cleaning products, which would have been appreciated. Finally, the heating did not appear to be working. Despite it being summertime, the property became quite cold, making it uncomfortable during our stay.
