1. There was damp and signs of mold in the double room with water dripping down the ceiling. 2. We were told the heating was on but we were freezing most of the time. 3. The cooker did not work and seemed to be time out every couple of seconds. 4. There was no mention of the three flights of stairs to access the property which made one of our disabled guests stay miserable. 5. We were not offered or provided with fresh linen and extra bin bags during our three night stay. 6. The shower and sink water temperature was scolding and not responsive to adjustments.

Handy to get 1 of the 2 parking places on the property.
