Only thing to fault is was no outdoor seating area - however this may of been due to maintenance taking place on the front of the building so we was fine by it anyway :)

The sofa bed was broken and wasn’t made up for a third guest with no additional towels. Wasn’t prepared to stay with my children as the location didn’t feel very nice, I contacted the owner who was going to send out maintenance but I didn’t have time to wait. The apartment should have been ready for the number of guests booked

The property was clean and it is close to Blackpool town and easily accessible .

We booked this apartment for two adults and one child (6 years old) because it was listed as having one double bed and one sofa bed. However, when we arrived, the sofa bed was broken. A maintenance person came to check and confirmed that it couldn’t be used. We requested an alternative sleeping arrangement or a partial refund, but we didn’t get a response until the next morning. As a result, the three of us had to share one double bed, which was very uncomfortable. There were also no basic cleaning supplies like a mop, broom, or toilet brush, which made it difficult to keep the place tidy. In addition, the central heating was not working properly — even at the highest setting, it didn’t get warm enough. While the location was fine, the overall experience was disappointing due to these issues. I hope the management addresses these problems for future guests.

The bed was comfortable. Communication about check in was ok.

The outside area of the entrance and garden was a mess... Rubbish ,a bin bag and a dirty nappy there. The hallway was grimey looking and needed a good clean and vacuum. There was a glass 70's internal door which I'm certain is not legal. The room was reasonably clean but not proper curtains, no bedside lamps and no chairs/table but the beds and one bedside metal table. A gap of about 5 cm under the bottom of the room door. There was a trailing extension lead and a bath mat under the wall mounted TV. The "kitchen" a little corridor to the bathroom with a cupboard unit with a kettle and toaster and crockery and cutlery in it, a small fridge and microwave...nowhere to wash up but the bathroom sink. The bathroom had spotlights that did not work and soap / shower gel dispensers that were empty. They did provide a bottle of cheap washing up liquid and a grubby dish sponge at the sink though! The messy back yard view from the bedroom that gave crack den vibes. I complained and it was suggested that I leave a positive review and send a screenshot,then I would receive a ten % payment back. Extremely unethical I stayed in August but have not heard anything else from 'the management ' . Screenshot is included in photos.

Bit of faff was asked for proof of Id and £100 security deposit, Very small living room, no kitchen, a microwave and toaster, so beans on toast is about the limit, washing up in the bathroom sink is not ideal.

Good location, clean apartment with comfy beds at a reasonable price. Great communication with hosts.liked not having a key meaning one less thing to worry about. Key code access was great.Bathroom was well equipped with shower and bath that had jets which was a nice extra.

Sofa was broken in places, kitchenette wasn't really usable as no room to make food. This apartment would benefit from a small fold up table and chairs. The sofa only really fit 3 people and there was 4 of us staying meaning 1 person had to stand or sit on the floor. The washing up was difficult as the only sink was in the bathroom. There were only 3 plates and very little cutlery . When we arrived we only had 3 small towels for 4 of us with no hand towel or bath mat for when getting out of the shower.

Was a given a WhatsApp contact number/group-chat but they were really responsive and so accommodating when requesting an earlier check-in. Such good value for money and a really nice apartment.

Only thing I’ll say is, it would be great if there were some bath mats in the bathroom.

Nothing is was disgusting the smell was awful the room was not clean it full of flys thwre was dead birds out side the door and dirty nappies , the room was full of damp and cracks on the walls

Not what was advertised. Our room wasn’t clean with dust across the ceiling. Additionally, we felt unsafe here, especially with a child. Someone came into out room whilst sat on the couch, there were screws exposed from the wall rack, the tiling panel in the shower was loose, random cables exposed and there was a live light switch box that wasn’t secured to a wall in the child’s bedroom. We struggled to close the windows and these disintegrated in our hand. I also found it a little ofd that you had to send off a form of ID before your stay… via WhatsApp. Raised a complaint 5 days ago and still haven’t had a response back.

The location was very central and the beds were clean and comfortable.. and quiet, the bathroom was spacious and little kitchenette was clean and tidy.

There wasn't a single place to store clothes,no wardrobe or drawers at all so we had to live out of a suitcase.for 4 days.(suite 2 Riverstone). There was a door with glass in the sleeping area with a glass panel! No darkness at all because there was no curtain. This overlooked the back yard which had empty bags of rubbish and a complimentary dead bird

Location was quality for what we wanted and communication from staff was excellent

The kitchenette, isn't really practical guests that plan to eat often causes issues having to wash pots in the toilet sink. Strong unpleasant smell when entering the room, fades further into the room, for the price it is what it is.

absolutely nothing, is false advertising for start! when booked apartment with kitchen which comes with sink and bath, as we have little children. after booking made no contact from thursday until midday saturday day of arrival, everthing was given to me on whats app group including group chat. then entering the property was 3 bags in lobby full dirty bedding and foul smell damp. when going into the apartment it, which was room and onsuite shower no kitchen unit with microwave and toaster plugged in 4 way plug on floor, massive hazard for anyone especially children. my partner noticed paper on window advertising as shared accommodation with all bills included rooms for rent.. i rang him was spoken back with broken english told me want leave do so, just speak to booking.com we paid for the place which had bathroom and bath and kitchen but that was first floor.. defo not worth 89.00 and 200 deposit. beds was filthy towels didnt feel clean. out window looked into the garden noticed rubbish and food and rodents dead. shower ran water out tray cause was full clogged hair and grime.. my son slippped floor water running out cubicle due to poor hygiene cleaning. cracked walls dirty skirting this one is a massive ordeal i taking this further, their 240v switch box side bed which was holded up with metal frame side table, this box was not secured to wall was above skirting between both beds. my daughter 3 son 2 messing around as tolddlers do in a FAMILY APARTMENT room moved then side table was touching it grey cable from wall above skirting into the switch box. pictures their see yourself guys AVOID other guest up partying ppl knocking on his room obvs hes a tenant. we left the hell hole about 630am went home

everyhing is not children friendly. electrical wiring loose not secured to wall and see wires going into 240v switch box. this been advertised on booking as family booking shame on you booking.com not having protocols in place

Close to Central Pier.

The apartment had obviously not had a good clean for some time. The small area outside was littered with rubbish. The sofa bed was broken and unusable as a bed or for sitting on.We were a family of 5 who had beds for and bedding for 4 only . All matters were reported on arrival and requested they be dealt with. The only thing that happened was someone turned up with extra bedding.We did end up staying as we could not get alternative accommodation to suit us price wise we also did not want to lose days off our break hunting about.

Perfect location for the town centre and all the Attractions near the Tower. Size of the property was perfect for a base to drop bags off and sleep. It was clean and the beds were comfy. It had warm running water. So all in all a happy experience. For what we paid for the night what’s not to like.

As I said this wasn’t expensive, needed somewhere as a base for 1 night. So don’t expect the Ritz. The area was loud and there were couple of cracks here and there but all in all happy.

Property location is fairly central to Blackpools main attractions. Appliances are modern within the apartment also

Neighbouring site had a euro bin turned over in front garden. Looked like a scrap yard. Main sofa was broken and the place needed a bit of TLC

Got dirty towels and didn’t get clean ones despite being told someone was bringing them, no where had been cleaned at all I had to do it once I got there, someone’s dirty sanitary pad left in bin 😷 won’t let me post any more than 4 photos

The location is very handy for the town, arcades, beach etc. The WiFi was decent. The bedding on the beds felt good quality and looked modern. The overall décor is modern and nice. The fridge was an important point for us for our babies milk, it was a good size, plenty of room for food/drink! It was very quiet, heard a couple of people once or twice but otherwise very respectful guests and easy to get sleep! I like the WhatsApp chat availability, its good to know someone is reasonably easy to contact and the contact I did have was fairly prompt. The on-street parking across the road is free 6pm-8am, which is helpful to reduce parking costs at the other car parks, just takes a bit of faffing.

We didn't get the door codes until about an hour before arrival, which was a bit nerve-wracking as I like to be organised and we'd already completed most of the journey there. I was also asked to send a picture of my ID which made me a bit uncomfortable because I don't know how this data is kept etc. There was only half a toilet roll for 3 out of 4 guests who'd be needing it. We had to go out and buy our own. The only sink is the bathroom sink, so there was half a bottle of washing up liquid and some old kitchen sponges on the back of the toilet cistern to wash up with - this felt and looked pretty unhygienic. I'm pretty sure there isn't enough crockery/cutlery for the amount of guests the room holds, but we didn't really want to use it anyway due to previous point. The room looked clean on initial view, but down the side of the sofa and in corners were piles of dust/hair and even a cigarette lighter which we're glad we found before the kids did. We were in the top room up around 4 flights of narrow stairs, with a toddler and a baby and a fair amount of bags, travel cot etc. It made it difficult bringing our stuff in and out because you can only park on the opposite side of the street for a short period, if there is space. There is a car park down the street (Palatine Rd car park) and also Central car park which aren't too far, but obviously not ideal when you have lots of stuff to load/unload + young kids. We ended up leaving the pram in the bottom hallway out of the way as best we could and hoping it didn't get pinched (which it didn't, thankfully!) Hand soap dispenser was empty, and the shower was set incredibly high and very powerful - take care not to soak the floor. The windows were very difficult to open/close and there is no safety catches despite us being on the top floor. The walls and banisters etc are a bit dirty, could do with a wipe down.

The list of issues I had with the property are as follows: 1. Clumps of dust and rubbish under the beds. 2. Loose slats on the beds. 3. Scraps of food and other rubbish under the sofa. 4. Both arms on the sofa were broken. 5. Clothes rail in the bedroom was hanging off the wall. 6. Bathroom door handle was broken and came away in my hands. This would have trapped me in the bathroom had I been alone. 7. Toilet cistern panel was loose . 8. The soap dispenser was empty. Instead, we had a quarter full bottle of washing up liquid. 9. Bizarrely, there was another quarter full bottle of washing up liquid in the shower. 10. A packet of chewing gum had been left in the cupboard, presumably by a previous guest. I wasn't exactly expecting luxury when I booked this place but I did expect basics such as maintenance and cleanliness, but they can't even manage that it would seem. I never complain about rooms, I normally just make the best of it. I had to make an exception here though as it was so bad. I complained to the management and the response I got was that they would compensate me 20% but only if I left them a 10 star review. I refused to do that as it's completely unethical and I don't want others to be duped into thinking this place is better than it really is. The photos are not accurate. From other reviews, I can see that the very same issues have been reported before and since my visit so clearly management are making no effort to fix them but instead are trying to attract new bookings through false reviews. A complete waste of money, avoid like the plague.

Single Bed broken and when my daughter sat on it, it fell through. Sofa was broken. No washing facilities or food preparation area included with the ‘kitchenette’. No towels or hand soap in the bathroom. Approved an early check in and when we arrived the apartment wasn’t ready. Currently trying to get refunded. I would strongly advise not to book or stay here.

It wasn’t comfortable. In the first hour lot of ants came out (garbage, crumbs under the beds)and we tried to contact with the host but we didn’t get any answer back. Another problem was the shower. Wasn’t any hot water and again they didn’t reply back and they didn’t try to fix the problem. We were there 2 nights with kids so I don’t think the price was fair. I don’t recommend it, especially not for families

It was close to where we needed to be and good for the price. Beds were comfy.

There were just a few things missing in the bathroom like a bath mat and a few extra towels. There was also a shortage of cutlery. 4 of us were staying but there was only 2 forks.
