The flat was great and close to the beach and south pier
staff was great
There is only 2 things
The shower didn't drain very good
And sometimes there is a smell of weed when you walk in I don't know whether someone in the building was smoking it or the hotel next door but when you walk around Blackpool you get used to it

Great location close to sea front, tram stop nearby. comfortable flat, nice and quiet,, plenty of hot water, soon as you turn the tap on, which was a plus when getting washed and washing up.
could have done with a bedside lamp, otherwise fine.

We come here every year it’s always immaculately clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and the pier. Kirsty and David are always on hand and happy helpful and polite whenever you need them.

This flat is in a great location, there was a parking space which is useful as there is no free parking nearby and the beds were clean. The landlady was lovely and there was a phone number to call if you need anything. It was a comfortable stay and I had peaceful quiet nights sleep each night. There was a tv in each room all worked well and the heating came on in the morning and evening which was nice.
There was no frying pan, kitchen scissors or tea towels to dry up in the kitchen. There was no towels to use after a shower.
