No frying pan apartment 😭🤣

Comfortable bed and sofa, great shower, decent TV, an ok location for near transport route's, great kitchen area, good heating, friendly staff easy to speak to.

No cleaning supplies had to buy our own, no frying pan for cook your breakfast, ended up having to buy one, whenever you flush the toilet a weird knocking noise comes from unbove, no door handle to close door when going out it was very annoying to close it each time, no bell working when first arrived so I had to call to be let in, bathroom was very small.

Excell location more or less on the beach. Great to have a little Kitchen as in Blackpool the food sold is nothing you could/should eat every day . Plus as i like Coffee you can make a good Espresso if you bring a small cooker Good Wifi Peaceful bedroom with en Suite bathroom Great brach for walking

First stay in Blackpool @ 65 !

Location brilliant, Tram stop 1 minute walk, South Pier 2 minutes, Wetherspoons 3 mins Parked close to flat. Value for money without any doubt. Great host Totally recommend.

This was our second time staying here, the Host is amazing, we had everything we needed no issues at all. We will come back again and again whenever we visit blackpool. Its nice and quiet, the bed is super comfortable. I always cook at the place with no issues. Everything is there whatever is needed. The chippy is also across the road and lots of local shops there also beach is right there too, we didnt go to the beach or anywhere this time due to the weather. We only needed a change of surroundings for my autistic son which helps him mentally hence we went to blavkpool.

Everything was great, the bed was super comfortable, we stayed 2 nights had no issues, everything we needed was there and just a 2minute walk to the beach, the beachview was amazing too. We will return again.

Location,only a few steps away from tram and south pier, plenty of places to go for food,easy access to public transport.

It's not a 5* hotel, but rooms have all the essentials you need.( We have stayed a few times already,so we know what to bring), some rooms could do with extra storage,bath rooms could do with shelving,if you stay for longer these would be useful,limited parking.

The location was good just a very short walk to south beach. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Free parking space at the back. Very enjoyable stay 😀👍

Perfect family beach getaway

We have been to stay here for the last 3 years and as usual it was perfect for us. The apartment has everything you need and David and Kirsty are both super friendly and always available and happy to help with anything you need. The location is brilliant you couldn’t get much closer to the beach and everything else is within walking distance. We will be back next year

Disappointed, depressing building not worth the money sadly.

Lady was friendly who greeted us. Close to beach front & free car parking. Good communication. Clean & tidy.

There was a strong smell of cannabis when we arrived. The flat smelt very musty like wet dog smell. Quite dated furniture & curtains & tired looking. When I phoned prior to arrival to say we may be a bit later we were told that the 2 bed flat we booked would nit be available as the heating wasn’t working, I explained that we needed 2 beds & agreed to accept it. The main issue for us was how vulnerable we felt at the top floor with 2 young children & about 3 sets of keys. We didn’t feel comfortable locking our children’s door in case they couldn’t get out in the night to the loo. The flat should have been a bit more contained rather than 3 different doors & the bathroom which was on the landing. Consequently we booked for 2 nights & stayed only the one night. Not much of a sea view as described

location was fine for us,we did our own breakfast,woke up slightly late on check out day but was happily given a bit of extra time to finish getting to ready to leavefor no extra charge,which was really helpful,staff were very polite and friendly and showed us around the apartment, will definitely coming back

Very disappointed

Very clean apartment and the location was excellent. A stone's through away from the Pleasure Beach and easy access to the tram line. It was also very quiet considering the location.

Advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but it was, in fact, a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom that didn't have direct access to the main apartment (which contained the kitchen, living room areas). This made it difficult as our friends had to lock the main door to the apartment each night, which meant we couldn't access the kitchen or living areas (only one of the keys we were given worked for this area). The bathroom was also separate and also had to be accessed from the main hallway. The bathroom had no working light so we had to use our phone lights. The man who showed us in to the apartment punched the bathroom light to get it to work but then it stopped again after this. The locks on the doors were also damaged and I struggled to unlock our bedroom door each night to use the bathroom. By far, the worse thing though was the constant noise from the bedroom window. Something was loose and was banging, whistling and rattling all night every night. As well as this, the mattress had collapsed in our room (obviously due to people sitting on the edge of the bed as there were no other seats). This was not the comfiest nights sleep I've ever had.

Beach View Apartments were very near the promenade giving good access to the trams which we enjoyed.

TV in both rooms Hot water in the shower Proximity to the seafront

Bed was butted to the wall Shower room was small Car parking was on rough jagged ground and when pulling away on the last morning the car dropped onto the jutting concrete corner which broke the front spring coil and lacerated the top mount on the drivers front side. The resulting bill to fix these was £250.

The only issue was placement of the microwave upon arrival the microwave was too close to the hobs this has caused the door of the microwave to melt on the side from prior use. microwave was moved slightly further away whilst staying there incase jobs where used

Super location with every window overlooking the sea. 2 minutes walk to the promenade on the left amusement park, bars, restaurant and shops to the center 15 minutes on foot. Apartments very clean small but comfortable. Free parking which is a plus and the owner is very nice. Thank you very much for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy and the location was perfect with children as it’s 5 minute walk from everything. the host were very hospitable and welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had.
