Clean and alot bigger than we thought from pictures we are a family of 5 so was great for us

There was nothing I didnt like about property or owner communication. A nice touch would be a tea and coffee basket but that is personal preference

Lovely Family Break Away

The flat was nice and spacious, had everything that we needed, would of benefited from a mirror downstairs as only had in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Windows upstairs a little tricky to open, but got the hang of it.Overall had a great family break away.

Although the location was close to amenties, pleasure beach etc.. It was let down by random males floating about downstairs. Felt a little unsafe at times.

Absolutely brilliant, Lara the host was fantastic anything you needed she was a text away. All facilities are spot on, the apartment is clean and cosy. Beds are extremely comfy. Location was phenomenal 2 mins away from pleasure beach, everything you need for a perfect family getaway! 100% will be using this apartment each time we go now

DO NOT BOOK! IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL FAMILY TRIP

Nothing.

Everything apart from the location which is quite close to most of the attractions in Blackpool. STAFF/MANAGEMENT : Poor communication, As I contacted the property via email, phone call and booking message, to change the date already booked but there was no response but they kept on texting me, emailing me about the deposit I needed to pay which was shocking as there was an outstanding request that needed their attention but they fail to actioned it, rather go after deposit payment. STAY: our overall experience at the property was very stressful as the flat was on a 3rd floor and bedroom/bathroom was another stairs which was not explained properly by saying flat has 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift. So, going up and down them stairs with young kids was very stressful. No washing machine, No vacuum to clean after our self (small brush and dust pan provided after request) for a rug carpet floor for 4 days. These things are very important as people with kids are stay for days and would want to do some laundry and clean with a vacuum cleaner. CLEAN: Flat was dirty, (Floor) Bedding dirty (Sofa bedding) used and dump in the storage was not wash for next customer. Shower Head was very dirty, that you could see the shower head covered in black dirt. Toilet Seat (dirt stain / mark) FACILITIES: Shower over bath water temperature was not hot, slightly lukewarm which was not ok to use as it was snowing and freezing weather that week. You can only soak yourself in the bath. The main room rooftop window blind falling which makes the room cold due to draft. Beds: is like you lying on a spring which makes the kids, ache all over for sleeping them bed for 4 nights.

Great for groups for up to 6 people

Went there for New Years for 3 nights with my best friend and our 4 kids. Kids were ages between 1 and 14. Loved cooking in the kitchen, comfy beds and sofa bed. Everything was clean and nice. If you come with a pram - keep in mind you will need to bring it up to the apartment, my mistake - I took one of the biggest prams my toddler has so it was a bit of a workout. Tesco and Iceland about 5min walk away, smaller shop right around the corner, tower about 30min walk. Easy to check in and to check out. Great communication.

Easy location enough room for 6 people and very comfortable for 1 night stay

No parking, there is a paying carpark just over the road from the place it would have been useful to have had this in the description as we had to find this after checking into the room

Lovely short stay in a clean, well maintained apartment.

Really spacious and clean apartment. Plenty of kitchenware and good facilities for cooking. The beds were so comfortable and everyone had such a good nights sleep. Contact with the owner before arrival was prompt and friendly. A lovely short stay and will definitely be back.

Clean and quiet. Good location small shop at corner. Microwave toaster and oven so can cook own food. Good stay overall would stay again.

Some of the furniture would need fixed... Like the dining room chairs were wobbly and the bunk beds were really bad that my 2 children had to share the bottom bunk as top bunk was wobbly and squeaky. WiFi isn't great. Sofas are very uncomfortable.

Only good part about this apartment was the location

Parked my car where told for me to wake up to a part been took of my car! Dirty bedding which we didn’t use and went and bought our own Fridge and toaster not clean. Neighbor very rude! Hallway dirty and very dangerous and I had young children who couldn’t walk down in their own. Room in attics ceiling very low which my wife hurt herself a few times on.
