Lovely few Nights Stay

Plenty of Space for the Six of us, plus our Frenchie. 😁 The dining table was large enough for us all. The WiFi connection was good and worked without any problems. The bedrooms were very spacious, bedding clean and fresh. Beds comfortable. Towels left were very welcome 😁

Could have done with a handrail on entrance to the property as we had an elderly person with us. Also could only get one ring on the cooker to work ( bottom left) 😞 Could also have done with some more cooking utensils. But if you don't intend to cook what is there is adequate.

Location is key for this property, such an easy location for town, tower, beach etc.

Location for us was great, easy access to town and beach. we didn’t feel unsafe. Shop close by. Large house, garden was great for dog. And would be used by us all if it wasn’t December!

Cleanliness wasn’t great, found a huge pile of hair (possibly from a hair brush) on the floor in the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen cupboards need a wipe down as spilt coffee from previous guests still there. Beds very uncomfortable for adults, can feel every spring

Large spacious close to center.

Dusty beds. Some rooms were very dated. Curtains not hung properly. Lack of pans and utensils. This could be a 10 out of 10 if they spent some time on decorating and changing the dated curtains The beds were dusty on closer inspection especially the bed frame in bedroom nearest garden. We would stay again though.

Great stay, great price!

Location was great and easy to access. Rooms were clean and of a good size. Close to shops and 20-25 minute walk to town centre. 2 toilets helps when 7 people staying together.

The property could do with a little touch up here and there (ripped wallpaper, old leaks paint touch up etc). Property was very cold when we arrived, realised every heater was set to “off” (October, during an awful storm weekend).

Area was ok managed to get the 2 cars parked on rd close by every night. Visited the pub across the road friendly . Size of house suited us as a family .towels, soap l,oo paper,all supplied .

WiFi was a hit or a miss. Windows didn't shut properly , and curtains /blinds not the best, cupboard in kitchen broken ,lot of dust behind couch. Couldn't use tv in big bedroom as cable wouldn't reach a socket

Lovely

The house was fabulous. Large and comfortable. One dining room chair was broken on arrival but we grabbed a chair from another room. Beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay again

A nice location with a pub just across the road, would use this place again if I was to visit Blackpool with a group.

It was spacious and had a nice back garden

The beds weren’t all that comfy and there were no towels for us upon arrival. However the owner dropped them off the next day for us and was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness absolutely shocking in the living room, disgusting standards. The sofa and rug were filthy and stank of dog. Kitchen cleanliness awful dirty mop left along with dirty scourer and kitchen units.

Clean,fresh and spacious😃

Loved everything about this house was so clean, fresh and spacious couldnt of asked for more. Located on the blackpool north and the trams litrally 2 mins from house. Area is a tad run down but all the locals are friendly but doesnt effect the stay.

Very good

The property was a good size. Beds were comfy and linen was all clean and good quality. Good living room and dining space. Nice outdoor space at the back. Good size fridge freezer. Prompt communication from owner. Only a short taxi ride to the centre of Blackpool. Good WiFi. Plenty of street parking available. CCTV round the outside of the property.

Location wise the area was a little rough. Some apparent drug dealing round the corner, people shouting drunk in the middle of the night and a knife collection bin didn't instill confidence. Despite being for 8 people there weren't 8 cups, 8 glasses etc. not enough crockery for 8 people. Some areas needed maintenence (ie. Broken lock on toilet door, washing line broken, holes in wall paper.) Lots of cobwebs round the top of the rooms made you question how well cleaned it was. Would have been nice to have some spare bedding (just in case) bearing in mind we had kids and no washing machine on the property. We had a drink spillage one day which proved interesting washing and drying the duvet cover.

- The landing was so spacious for dancing - great group pics - easy location after one too many - easily identifiable for the ambulance to drop my friend off - lovely little pub across the road

Not what was expected

Spacious house, close to town and the beach, the security cameras gave you a sence to safety in an unsafe area.

There was a real lack of kitchen utensils. 2 small pans and a frying pan is not enough for 8 people. Simple things like a cheese grater or peeler or a spatular where not there. We ended up going out to buy things to be able to cook with. The downstairs bed was incredibly uncomfortable and 1 cheap thin pillow is not enough. No hand soap and the provided towels, well some were just hand towels with no bath towels. The area seems to be incredibly rough with fights and groups of teenagera hanging outside
