Apalling , disgusting ,

Unfortunately the property on arrival had not been cleaned just had new bedding g and towels placed in the rooms it was fully of cob webs the shower unit was broken the shower was faulty on scolding hot or Luke warm we had to go swimming to get a decent shower.. there was was two sofa beds with empty cans and packets of empty crisps and mould and hairs everywhere so wasn’t not usable .. there was not hot running water for 4 days of our 6 day stay .. we had 2 children with us and I was disgusted with the property as well as the owner leaving us with not hot water or suitable cleaning facilities to so long he didn’t even offer an alternative property it really was shocking

Nothing it was horrendous.. even the sink in bathroom wouldn’t took forever to drain when used .i would not recommend staying here to anyone

Was so dirty and disgusting. They said new sofa bed and was broken and cuchions was so disgusting. Full of spiderwebs. The room and location smell so so bad ! Bed not sure if was changed. And duvet cover had a big hole ( broken) just the sheet seem to be washed. In the toilet was shit and no brush to clean . Windows incredibly dirty ,those has never been clean ,same with the carpet which is black and smells horrible. 3 towels has stains and brown dirty i m sure was used and left there . Same the bath matt which smells horrible and not washed . The curtains full of stains and broken in the room . Tried to pull it and fellt down . Nothing good to say, i ve paid 3 night and been 1 night and next day we left . It s incredible how people is so bad to rent something like this ( knowing that there will be 2 kids) NOT RECOMMENDED

The location was close to the pier. That is the only good thing I can say about this apartment

The property had no electric for our entire stay. Despite countless calls and texts to the management no one came out to see us in the whole 3 days. We didn't not have enough bedding for 4 people despite this being advertised as a 4 bed property. It was absolutely FILTHY. Half eaten food under the bed, another family's kids pjs left under the bed, toilet and shower were disgusting and obviously hadn't been cleaned, every cup and plate was filthy. The absolute worst part of all of this was having no electric. Meaning we couldn't shower, cook, charge our phones etc. we had to spend every minute out of the room and only came back to sleep. The management did not care at all and did nothing to help

Close to the Beach and Activities Most of the Property was quite clean and spotless Modern Decorated Good Communication

The Front door kept being left unlocked and open by other Guests, so it never felt secure. The first couple of days/nights, you could smell weed from other guests. Doors kept being slammed throughout the night. The area is very noisy. No Tea Towel left. No spare bin bags. No Hoover to keep the Carpets clean and tidy. Trail Burn Marks all over the Living Room carpet. Sofa Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Amazon Prime did not work. Duvets did not sit properly in Duvet Covers. Overpriced. Wifi connection dropped when in Bedroom. Very small Shower - no good for larger people. Cobwebs in certain places. Leaky Shower Seal. Window Seals dirty with dead flies on them. Seal by Toilet dusty with hairs. Storage bit under Sofa Bed had hairs and bits in. Living Room Door handle was practically hanging off as the screws had come loose. Blind fell down in Living Room, during a night, from the breeze.

An enjoyable stay. will be coming again next month.

Location was perfect for us as we have small children and it is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and pleasure beach and south pier which is where we spent the most of our one week. We will be going again in October and will be staying here again.

Its just a shame that the largest apartment is at the top and there are no lifts but we managed and apart from that we cant say anything that spoiled our stay. Kids loved it. The wifi signal in the top bedroom is a little weak and does keep dropping but connects again after a moment so nothing major as such.

The misunderstanding of the sleeping arrangements. My son slept in the room with the single beds and myself and my partner slept in the sofa bed when we thought it was a double bed in the advert

The set up was great. The apartment and the facilities were excellent. Well provided for with essentials. Great communication from the host prior and during our stay.

Would be good to have a mop as the bathroom floor got wet with 6 of us there and we could have used a mop instead of towels to dry the floor.

the room is exactly fit the photos. kitchen setting is perfect for 4people. The landlord is very nice and friendly even we lost the key. Heating is easy to operate and very warm. fantastic experience in here

Perfect location. Few minutes from the pleasure beach. Exact guidances to the location of property. Very clean and good heating with all amenities

I feel given that they provided everything in kitchen a dish washing liquid or scrubber would have been so useful as it is something everyone will forget to buy or bring as there is everything else. Similarly carry your on shower gel and hand wash.

Good Accomodation

Was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Excellent location - short walk away from Pleasure Beach and the South Pier. 30 min walk from the Tower. Lots of on street parking too

The Double sofa bed is more or a large singe. Didn’t fit 2 adults but one adult and a child was fine.
