Would highly recommend for family and friends with children.

Very spacious and great for families and amazing how it had kid's games room and utility room.

Blinds in dining room were broke when got there and electric kept tripping but maintenance was there really quick so that's great.

Not a great stay

It was close to tram station & good shops nearby, the property had plenty of space, the games room was great for the children

It had a damp smell & needed a refresh, as it looks a bit dated, only had one toilet, considering it was for 8 people

It is ok but I would stay somewhere else next time

The property is a good size and we could all fit without any issues. It is close to the centre and was easy to find.

The property needs some renovation, it is not very clean the beds are uncomfortable and the carpet is damaged in places, I had to be careful when walking around due to slugs getting in and the shower head is dirty I did not feel comfortable cooking or bathing in the house.

Wipe your feet on the way out!

The furnishings and quality of sofas & beds was good.

Not a pleasant experience. It was disgustingly filthy. The bedding and towels were the only clean items. Apart from the obvious sideboards, tables and and top surfaces that had been wiped, literally everything else looked and felt dirty and grimey. The fridge had greasy fingerprints all over it inside and out, the oven didnt work and was filthy, all of the cutlery crockery pots and pans were grimy and we had to wash everything before we used it. Lots of leftover items in the cupboard im assuming from previous guests. All the skirting boards were filthy with dust and hair, obviously been there that long as its set into a residue. The bathroom although obviously given a wipe over, was grim. All the tiles showing the orange grime caused by body fats, mould, limescale, and the toilet flush does not work properly and the seat is old and peeling. The garden was a mess, overgrown with moss and plants from next door growing over, and some kind of ripped up parts of a dead bird everywhere. Obviously been there a while again. The lounge although tidy and table wiped, again dirty skirting boards, windows and we found items left by previous guests, including a pizza box. It almost felt like the guests clean up after themselves and someone just comes in to make beds. It needs a good deep clean from top to bottom, its a shame as it has decent furnishings, but I felt dirty and couldn't wait to get home and wash all my stuff and myself! It is not a place you can relax in and walk round bare foot.

Property is good with lots of potential. Great location, Walking distance to the majority of the main landmarks you'd want to visit.

Beds were slightly uncomfortable, shower and dryer didn't work and kitchen needed more utensils provided. Ceaning was ok, but a few areas need attention.

Chrismas visit

The house was very big and we all had our rooms to suit our family. All rooms were clean and tidy and warm too. Staff were quick to reply us iin time in all messages that we send regarding any questions we had. Kids enjoyed the games room and it made them not to disturb us a lot as they were kept busy within the games room. We celebrated our Christmas there and all as a family gathered together in such a big lovely place was a bonus. Location very good as shops were nearer and the beach too.. We loved everything about this house and will visit again. And ohh It was affordable price too for such a big house .

No breakfast available was hoping for complimentary tea coffee milk and sugar just a small amount after a 10 hour car drive would of been a nice touch

The tumble dryer start button is not working properly. Also there is no anti slip mat for the bath also bathroom no handles to help me get in and out of bath plus there was no hand rail to help in shower these would have to be done before we returned 😀

Our stay was very enjoyable and we would go back

the situation of the property was very good, the facilities were excellent for washing and drying and plenty of room. The kids loved the games room.

The windows could have had blinds in the kitchen and laundry room and the front door was plain glass and very transparent. A second toilet and shower would have been ideal as one toilet for eight was minimal. We could smell gas on a few occasions and we reported it to the owner and he got the gas board out to check that everything was alright.

a lovely family trip away

the location was great, the house has loads of room there was 6 in our party with 2 older children and there was loads of room for us all. the games room was a nice touch, the kids where able to watch their own things on the tv and play games on the x box.

the property needs a good clean in the hot everyday places, the beds, floors, toilet and bathroom and surfaces were clean but there were a lot of cobwebs around the house.

Nice place, small issues

Lots of space, comfy beds, lovely kitchen

4 bedrooms, so potentially 8 people and only 1 toilet. That should hopefully be a future improvement. The bathroom light switch was loose to the ceiling. Coming down the stairs there were big cobwebs on the light shades and ceiling and the bedside lamps were not plugged into the wall (not able to reach) so were of no use.

Would stay again

Hosts very helpful via text and phone calls. We were surprised how big the property is. It is well equiped with everything we needed. The games room was a big hit too. Very comfortable beds with plenty of towels for everyone.

It's a shame the property couldn't be moved to a nicer street. The cleaner could also spend a little more time looking up. Some areas haven't been cleaned in a while (dining area lamp shades, cobwebs high up). Also for a house that doesn't accept smoking and pets, there is an overflowing ashtray near the back door and dog poo near the games room window.

Great. A really good house to stay I .

The house was great. Clean, very well equipped, comfortable, well appointed. Great communication from the owner and any queries dealt with immediately. Very helpful indeed when I left something behind.

For such a large house, and eight guests, one bathroom isn’t really enough. But obviously we knew this before booking. We needed the four bedrooms but another shower room would make this house perfect.
