the house was in a good location, it was around 10 min walk to Blackpool south train station. nearby was a corner shop, Chinese buffet, farm foods, range, Iceland, Tesco express, pubs, pharmacy and other shops. all with in 20 minutes walk. the house it self was large, very roomy. living room - smart tv with 2 sofa's and chairs, coffee table and plenty of floor space ( i had my 4 suitcases open on last day to pack in here) games room - this could use a slight upgrade but it was good, there was the mini pool table which converted to foosball. smart tv which had an Xbox connected, there were a few other games but they didn't seem to have all the pieces. there were 2 large bean bags and 4 gamer chairs (my daughter found these very comfy) kitchen/dinning room - dinning room table was large fit for 8 people, kitchen was well stocked with utensils. there were a good about of glasses and plates ect. there were tea, sugar and coffee too use. appliances - microwave, toaster, kettle. while we were there we had an issue with the microwave where it stopped working, i phoned the owner and with in 3 hours, i had someone out to assess and replace it. (which was really great of them considering it was in the evening after 6 pm ) utility room - small dishwasher with pods to use, washing machine and tumble dyer, there was an iron and board, clothes rack, hover and mop. nice space. four bedrooms upstairs plenty of room and comfy beds. bathroom is upstairs too well stocked with towels. we didn't use the garden but it was a good space, with table and chairs outside.

kids bedroom the one with the 3 single beds the door squeaks this was really annoying ( but little oil probably fix it) game room could use an upgrade i mean there are a few things we can nit pick about but nothing was a problem.

It was hard to share one bathroom between 7 people. And the shower was temperamental .

Facilities in the utility room turned it self off and wouldnt come back on half way through a wash when dish washer was on.

The location was ok Beds were comfy enough Kitchen was okay, washing machine and dryer available (although we didn't use them)

The house was basic, bit dated, uneven floors throughout. Could do with a fresh decor new carpets.There was mould on net curtains in lounge. Some lamps didn't work in triple room. The double bed didn't fit the base, it was a smaller mattress. Quite dusty bedroom furniture and lights. Fridge was uneven and has some sort of poison behind it but could see it at side. I don't think it was worth the money I paid for 3 nights
