Lovely holiday flat in Cleveleys town centre

Great location. Close to all amenities and public transport. Clean well equipped accommodation. Very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Location is excellent. Close to eating, shopping and walking along the beach. The trams are not too far also.

Limited parking. The apartment lacks a coffee table and the sofa bed is uncomfortable (cushions need constant re-positioning).

Disappointed with the size of the apartment it was advertised as cosy but I feel should have definitely also advertised as small. No table to eat your meals on.

Fabulous location.

Tiny bedroom that you had to squeeze round the bed to get to the bathroom. Bed was very worn with noisy springs.

Excellent location, lovely apartment. We’ve stayed before in the top flat but preferred this one due to mobility issues

Location is right across from the promenade and beautiful beach. Also arcades, shops, cafes literally minutes away. Tram and bus station 5-10 minute walk to get into Blackpool. Everything provided that you need. Easy self check in and out. Good communication

Road parking is difficult to get a free space on the road due to being busy, otherwise you’ve to pay for parking in the local public car park but you know that before booking. One one towel each so luckily I brought one of my own

Clean, tidy, comfortable and very pleasant.

Flat was in a fantastic position directly across the road from the beach. Bedroom compact but very comfortable. Bathroom and shower excellent. Nice touch with supplying jars of Tea bags, Coffee, washing liquids etc. We used the washing machine upstairs which was very handy. Shops and pubs all within a few minutes walk.

Not much to dislike. The main problem is parking. We were very lucky to get parked across the road from the building but free parking is not easily available. Our only other solution was to park the car on the streets about a 5-10 minutes walk away. Floors were a bit creaky when walking but that's being mega picky.

The description said it was in a quiet location we stayed for 2 nights and was woke both nights early hours by someone underneath the apartment shouting and arguing. Wouldn't be going back Apartment is alot smaller than the pictures perseave

Lovely little apartment with nice touches throughout.

So so clean, comfy bed, lovely decor, quiet location, good value for money. Lovely little touches like cleaning materials, coffee & pods milk pods, pot towels, every type of utensil.

Only one thing I could fault: There is a lack of drawer space - it would benefit from a small set of drawers in the living room.. Anyone staying longer than a couple of days would struggle. Other than that, only 2 suggestions I could make that would improve on what is already there (and I have had to be really critical to find anything that could be improved!) It would be useful to have a little table to put in front of settee to put drinks on when sat watching TV. There is a lack of places to hang a towel in the bathroom - it would be useful to have a towel ring on the little wall opposite the toilet.

A holiday to remember

The apartment was excellent it was close to all amenities right on the sea front we have stayed at these apartments a few times now and have never been disappointed would recommend the holiday to anyone

Ideal for what we needed

Good sized place for 2 couples, one bedroom has an en-suite and the other the bathroom is next door to the bedroom. Right by the promenade so it made nice to go for a walk in the evening. Well laid out kitchen and always nice to be given coffee pods for the machine.

As it was the basement it smelt damp on arrival which was a worry but opening the windows and airing it solved it. Could do with a deep clean behind the furniture. One of the bar stools has a screw loose.

Location was great, got parked straight outside on the promenade apartment is nice clean and modern could have just done with a coffee table to be able to put your drinks on.

I emailed through booking.com to see if we could check out slightly later as we were meeting friends but never received a reply. Also I thought I had booked a sea view apartment as the photos on booking. Com was showing the sea view but this apartment was at the back of the building so was very confusing to which apartment the pictures are for

Very pleasant

Good location, good price, comfortable.

I’m being picky but some of the furnishings like the carpet and settee covers are marked/stained as well as the dining chairs etc. having said that the price meant this wasn’t a big issue. Having to use two hands to open the front door can be a pain if laden with bags etc. Would definitely stay again.

A home from home for a few days.

The property perfectly suited our particular needs for a warm, secure and comfortable place to stay for a few days. The location is perfect. Also the Sunset apartment has relaxing views across the South promenade facing the sea.

There was some disturbance from work being done at the adjoining building but that wasn't the fault of our property.

Loved this apartment, beautiful modern decor , perfect location for the zoo the parks the beach is literally over the road and ofcourse the tramways to Blackpool and Fleetwood . Great facilities, we cooked our own breakfast one of the days,and used the ovens for pizzas on one..Good shower..double bed was comfy.

The sofa bed in the living area was very uncomfortable you can feel the metal bars..but luckily we brought an air bed..could use a lamp also in the living area,just easier on the eyes if your watching the TV at night. Could use a coat hook in the hall way. Also the iron was a two pin euro plug so we couldn't use it,no connecter for a 3 pin to be found. Only 3 dolce coffee pods..2 adults stayed so would of been nice to have one each for each day but was a treat to have a coffee machine anyway. These are only small issues (apart from the bed) the apartment really was great as a whole.

no Wi-Fi. curtains were broken in the sitting room bedroom curtains could be a little better as too much light comes from the sides. this apartment was much cleaner last year when we stayed here. bedsheet had stain in the bedroom.
