Easy access, new carpets, freshly painted. Close to tram stop and reasonable parking. Owners easy to reach, helpful and friendly. Very reasonable price.

There is room for a couple of chest of drawers as there was nowhere to put our clothes. Outside windows could do with a clean. Minor issues.

Location wasn't too far from centre

Well where do I start... Upon arriving we was met with a horrible urine smell throughout. Found it was coming from the bedroom. Checked the bedding, it wasn't that. Found a wet area at the bottom of the bed near the radiator. Had left a towel there to soak up the leaking radiator too Toilet seat hanging off Beds really uncomfortable, don't be fooled like me that it looks nice on the pictures. Wasn't what we was expecting The MAJOR ISSUE was the extractor fan falling off above the shower. Didn't even attempt to turn the shower on and had to make sure children were safe when they used the bathroom so it didn't collapse on them or them fall off the toilet TV didn't work properly, kept turning off Bag of rubbish left behind from the cleaner filled with dirty nappies and rubbish from previous people who stayed Door in the bedroom was hanging off too I did message the owner to said they would pass it on to their cleaning team. Did nothing else though. I asked if there was another apartment we could stay in and got no reply

There was nothing to like

There is no kitchenette. There is a microwave, toaster, kettle, and literally 4 plates and 3 mugs. There is no oven. There is dirty disgusting never been cleaned stove top that had the wire broken and is a hazard. There is no sink and no drinking water. You will be washing dishes in the tiny little bathroom sink that is not only disgusting but the faucet is a water fall so you will get soaked. There is no decent fridge you can actually use or store food in. First the fridge door doesn't open because of the carpet. Second the fridge is smaller then a child's toy fridge. Third there was no freezer compartment. Lastly the fridge did not keep anything cold. The door handle to the apartment from the outsider is broken and will pull out, the screws don't stay in place It will fall out if you try to open / close the main door. We messaged them and then said someone would come to look at it and no one came during our entire stay.

Not a lot .. didnt get entry to 'apartment; till nearly 7 o'clock and had to kick our heels outside of it till someone came to let us in. When they did it was one guy on bike whoo took nearly three quarters of an hour to let us in, probably because he was turning it around while we were left like lemons outside. More importantly It was advertised and booked as a 2 bedroom apartment, we were shown a tiny double room (we are mum and son not a couple) and an even tinier room with absolutely NOTHING in it but fresh air!!!! No soap, no hand towel, tiny scrap of toilet paper.; Eventually got provided with a mattress for the floor, only saving grace was the linen was clean. We were booked for work purposes or we would have walked!! The hosts were very difficult and at one stage told us to literally like it or lump it. The outside was a disgrace, garden full of broken detritus and rubbish which was off putting to begin with, but internally it was reasonable though cheaply furnished and poorly equipped for guests. The building got a visit from the police the first night we stayred, no idea why but can guess. Don't think they have a clue about how to be hosts and would not recommend this place to anyone on the basis of what we experienced. They were competitively priced in a decent location for our work needs which is the reasons we chose them but I think it is true you only get what you pay for and perhaps if you pay peanuts you get monkeys!

Lovely room, well furnished, nice and clean, easy to access and the staff are easy to contact.

The location was a couple of minutes walk from the Promenade and being able to park for free on the street and adjoining streets was a bonus because when I messeged the owners after we booked originally they said there was "No Parking" and that we'd have to pay for parking somewhere else.

On the information of the property "Let us know if theres anything broken/damaged on check-in" as soon as possible".I did this after check-in, that wasn't straight forward either, other guests that checked in a couple of days later had the same problem. Went round,checked both bedrooms.It was two double, they were made up, looked alright. We felt the mattress.It was probably an economy one,you could feel some of the springs.The bedding was clean.They weren't the best in comfort but we were there now. Myself and partner had a bed each, slept separately because I contaced my Daughter asap after contacting the owner AND Booking.com. I told her to try and book somewhere else to stay as I didn't want her staying here.It was aweful, disgusting & embarrassing.This was supposed to be a trip where all four of us could spend quality time together. One guest had never been to England before.I can honestly say this is the worst place I've ever stayed in my life and I'm fifty five. I live in Scotland but from Lancashire.I love Blackpool but this place! Main issue was the bathroom. Cleanliness? Omg!There was a scourer & sponge on the sink next to the tap. It had quite a lot of head hair on it, mainly pubic hair.The toilet seat was broken (the lid and seat moved side to side back to front) there was a large plastic shoe charm next to the tap which was wasn't new so wasn't clean either. I took photos of everything we found as proof.The WORST part was the shower cubicle.Wasn't clean.The ceiling above was plastic panelling, three I think.One of the panels were broken, this one had the electric extractor fan fitted into it.The panel was bent, hanging down from the ceiling by a good amount & was on top of the large shower head.Wasn't a new fault, you could tell. All was reported right away.Phoned the owner, he said "The maintenance guy doesn't live local,it'll be 30 mins until he's there ok?

DO NOT stay here, its the worst place ive stayed in the UK and all went wrong before we even arrived. We travelled 3 hours to stay in Blackpool, arriving on Friday 15 minutes before arrival we were messaged to make us aware that the original check in time of 3pm would be changed to 4 "as the cleaner is running late". We arrived at the property and the main gate was hanging off and there was rubbish all over the front concrete yard. Inside the property, there were 2 bedrooms with a very unsafe kitchenette in the bigger room, a very small bathroom which was standard but the toilet seat was hanging off, windows etc were filthy. In the smaller bedroom, the door was hanging off and 10 minutes after arrival a maitenence man came to bodge it so we could sort of close the door during our stay. The radiator was leaking a yellow liquid and gave off a very unhygienic smell, therefore the carpet in the room was soaked. We made the landlord aware of this and he apologised but nothing else. Unfortunately we was not in a position to move to another property at short notice and recorded all evidence of everything that was unacceptable in the property but had to deal with it for two nights. After leaving the property we notified the landlord that we were not taking responsibility for any of the damage that had already taken place in the property and that we would be looking into a full refund due to the issues and treatment we received. The landlord then replied accusing of damaging the property as "a quilt had been taken out of the quilt cover and there was water in the bathroom", its clear we arent the first customers to have gone through the same. Please do not ruin your weekend and put money in their pockets, we have contacted trading standards and hopefully no other families in the future will be affected!

The location was good, the property was clean with all the facilities necessary in the kitchenette, including a microwave and kettle, also a nice sized 32" flat screen tv. The place was quiet with very little disturbances and very good value for money!

The shower took a long time to run warm and even then it barely reached lukewarm to wash with. The second bedroom was advertised with a bunk bed in the pics, but in reality it was just two small mattresses on the floor with duvets. Also the room had no curtain so I had to use a towel to block out the light.

The room was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. The host was friendly and helpful when answering my questions.

Close to all amenities and was able to park right outside(within certain time limits). Was good for the price and somewhere to sleep. Staff very helpful keeping me up to date with door codes etc.

Smaller than expected. Had originally booked to go with my friend and her kids but she didn’t come in the end so would have been cramped if she had. Bathroom light and fan on sensor came on every time went in of a night which was noisy and if had of used 2nd room would have disturbed whoever was in main room. Blinds a-bit broken so had to dress in bathroom, needed curtains to keep light out. Was expecting kitchen but more just kettle, mini fridge and cutlery. Was good for price and somewhere to sleep.

The beds were very comfy.

The kitchenette is in a bedroom and the bathroom is in one bedroom so had to go in and set lights off when they were sleeping in that room.

Was not as listed should have been a kitchenette but was not in room. No privacy between us and next door. Could not Stay it was terrible. Do not book this place

Mouldy food in fridge which has clearly been there a long time (pic attached) Extremely dirty throughout, blinds broken, windows couldn’t see out of them as they are that dirty, rubbish everywhere outside, wallpaper peeling off Building smelt of cannabis, I informed the owner who said he will send someone to deal with it and never did Heating did not work for the full stay and this was reported, manager again advised someone will be out to repair this but no one turned up They offered me a £8.25 refund as compensation for heating not working but will only refund this if I ‘leave a review of 10 first and screenshot it before the refund is processed’ this is totally unethical and bribing for positive reviews Advised as an apartment but no facilities Also been used as a HMO as families anyone children were returning from school - avoid at all costs
