Lee and Danielle were brilliant with us from when we first arrived, The little studio we chose was ideal for what we needed, we actually extended our stay by a further week. Everywhere was very clean and we were given clean bed sheets and towels when required.
The mattresses definitely need replacing as they were so uncomfortable. The doors bang quite loud when other guests arrive and leave. Central heating is on a timer so the radiator is only on for a limited time, electric radiators are provided but you have to pay for electricity with coins in a meter

Value for money in terms of location being about only 10 minutes walk to get to Blackpool front by Coral Island. Great size for a family consisting of me, my partner and 4 children
Just needs a bit of a facelift overall. There were some fixings like for curtain holders which had hooks falling out the wall or the hook for car keys. Hair found in the shower. Questionable wallpaper in the communal stairwell could probably do with removing and redoing

Was very cosy and comfortable.
They were black mould in shower and caring hadn’t been vacuumed in places eg behind the for stool in corner and under the bottom bunk bed.

I've stayed in the Norwyn Court Apartments before, and again, the apartment itself was very good for the duration of my stay.
The electric meter in the apartment I was in, seemed to require a lot of coins for topping up, so it would be better, if there was a change machine in the building itself, or else the meters themselves, could also accept some other form of top up as well, such as online, prepayment, credit or debit card, etc.

Well equiped and comfortable
Super noisy at night with other “guests” fighting and playing music at all hours.

The apartment was very reasonably priced, and represented very good value for money, considering you were getting a self contained apartment. The location of the apartments was very good as well, just far enough away from the centre of Blackpool to make it a fairly quiet location, but still within easy walking distance as well. The apartment was very well equipped as well, with everything you would really need for a nice stay. Very much recommended for anyone visiting the Blackpool area.
It was only a small issue, and it didn't detract from the rest of my stay at all, but it took a bit of time for the door to be answered when I first arrived at the apartments. So, it would have been better, if either the code for the door was supplied during the booking process, or a better door bell was installed, which connected directly to the staff at the apartments. I did arrive reasonably late in the evening though, so I can understand why it took some time for the door to be answered, but I would have preferred to have been able to get into the apartment a bit quicker anyway.

Location
We were put in the basement, no windows in living area. Bathroom located in the bedroom, note to open window when using shower however was opening to a brick wall. No wifi, asked about this fell on deaf ears, personal data would not work as we were in basement. Dark dull damp

Location.
Can't lock front door from inside (no locking nib). Bunk beds were flimsy. So, had to sleep on the floor. The corner couch had no support. So when you sat on it. You couldn't get out as it sunk. Tv had only bbc1 and bbc2. No WiFi. And we were right above the reception. It's not worth the money and will not be back. Says it sleeps 6 but only a double bed. Bunk beds and a couch you can't sleep on. So, really sleeps 4.

Property was very well-located, pricing was competitive, and all of the facilities we needed were available to us. The shower was especially good, and we liked the fact that everything was within walking distance.
We were surprised by the fact there was an electricity charge, although this only cost us an additional £10.00 for a four-night stay, which wasn't too bad. Apart from this, we felt the room was good, and could also see the tower from the kitchen window!

The staff were nice enough.
The toilet was broken and was still not fixed by the time we left.

My husband stayed here on his visit to blackpool, he found it to be clean, tidy, everything you need in a self catering room.
Need to be more organised on payments, card transactions not accepted, which in the world that we live in is most unusual

Last minute weekend away and booked the property while on the train …I had a phone call ten minutes later to ask what time I was arriving …stressed with two teenagers and five year old autistic son I got lost on the way …rang apartments and the man was excellent even offering to come and meet us . Very spacious and clean apartment ( a bit dated but it’s was a authentic blackpool experience) my son started having a melt down as the lights were to bright for him …ten min later we had a knock at the door and the man changed the light bulbs…during our stay the staff went above and beyond on a number of occasions. I had no problem with contacting staff but a few people did so I’d suggest maybe putting a updated number on the desk …shop near by for essentials but a bit hidden away ( open untill 11pm ) short walk to the centre…the electric is pay as you go with a metre in the room so bring some £1 or £2 coins .. we booked for two nights but ended up staying a extra night . As stated in details no towels or onsite bar

Looked lovely from the outside and from the photos we seen which was why we booked it.
We had to wait to be let in. No one was there and the housekeeper came after 20 mins. He had to empty the freezer which was full of someone’s food. There were no toiletries, hair drier, tea/coffee- nothing! Even had to put our own pillowcases on. It was not ready for guests. We had to ask for towels. It was a last minute booking and very disappointing
The other guests were extremely noisy talking until 5am.

Charming old building retaining lots of classic Blackpool esq features
I didn’t like that the were no basic amenities. No shampoo, shower gel, no toilet paper, no towel.
For the price I paid this should absolutely be supplied as minimum.
I’ve stayed in hostels that cost £3 a night and a towel was provided.

Location was fine, a short 10 minute walk to the main attractions. We were welcomed on arrival and given the keys and directions to the apartment. There was a heater available to warm the apartment when we arrived which was very welcome. The facilities for self catering were adequate and all very clean, having 2 beds in a separate area off the living space was a bonus. There is a motion sensor light outside the apartment for when its a bit darker.
The entrance to the apartment would have been better if the decking didn't come out as close to the top step. Making people aware that the last step prior to entering the apartment is a bit of a higher one would be a good idea. Shower is a bit small so anyone a little large would find it difficult to get into or turn around in. A slight update would make the apartment feel more comfortable as it is a little dark being a basement flat, with no real window to let a lot of light in and black wallpaper. Possibly adding a few extras as well, coffee and sugar sachets as a welcome to guests, after travelling this would have been a nice touch.

It’s in a great location and each apartment is generously sized.
You can occasionally hear the guests on the floor above you so might be worth packing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
