Norwyn Court Holiday Apartments

The apartment was ideal for our family of 6 close enough to all the attractions aswell which was also good

Staff were friendly and were keen to help. Room had Tower views, was spacious and clean and had everything you needed. The apartments had free parking and are in a great location and value for money.

The mattress in room 8 needs replacing, we had a very poor quality of sleep as everytime you turned over you could feel the springs in your back.

It was great and the lad that check us in was absolutely lovely

Lack of care from the owner - we had an issue where we had no electricity and the manager had to go out and get the meter keys from the owner, so he could empty the meter to allow us to insert credit. We were not aware when booking, that we would need to pay for our electricity, this was only apparent just prior to the stay. Danielle and Lee were fantastic and we cannot fault them. Bedding was questionable - there were stains on the duvet cover and cigarette burns on the bed sheet. The owner had even checked the room before we were allowed to go up there.
