Great for a weekend. Bit small for over 4 people. But we didn’t spent long there.

Very central for our stay and beds were comfortable with a good kitchen. Shower room nice.

The floor hadn’t been swept in the hallway and the kitchen and no dustpan and brush supplied. Only 4 chairs and sleeps 6. There was 5 of us do my son had to sit on the sofa bed for breakfast. A couple of stools or fold up chairs would be handy. More than 2 teabags on arrival and a few initial things. Washing up sponge, little milk etc. but there is a shop close by.

Location was great 5 minute walk to winter gardens which was a plus and restaurants, parking near to apartment which was another plus for us .

Super central find

Apartments are central, modern and have everything you need for your stay. Communication was excellent. I asked for an extra duvet because I found the bed a bit hard, but that was my preference. When we returned one was waiting, which was super. There’s a little bit of tea and coffee, and there was a shower gel. We’ve booked again for a trip next year - we visit the Winter Gardens for dancing.

I think the only thing I could say, the front door to the building is open all the time and while there were others in the building we were travelling with and certainly nothing happened, I think it would make sense for the main door to be locked and each room have a key. We were all travelling with children and they were going between rooms. Hasn’t put us off rebooking, we’ve booked the whole place out for April 26!

Fantastic little Gem

Lovely and clean , ideal location. Close to the beach and Winter Gardens , close to Blackpool Tower. Iron/Ironing board, kettle tea , coffee milk and sugar We were able to check in earlier as well Lisa was great communication good We had everything we needed and would stay again It made you feel like you weren’t in Blackpool

You can hear all the doors banging, unfortunately we had some one above us who’s fella was banging on a door very loudly for ages, luckily i was the only one who heard this fight and my friends slept through it Street looks rough until you get inside to the room and that feeling changed

Apartment is absolutely fantastic, very modern, with literally everything you need for a great stay, whether it's a weekend or a week away. It's in a great location 10 mins to seafront and shops.

The only thing really is the bunk bed in the second bedroom is a little rough/sharp on the edge of the bed it could do with sanding down. Just a small thing as we dont smoke, so we notice it more, but we could smell a certain type of smoke constantly. I'm not sure if smoking is permitted in the building.

Fabulous Stay

The apartment was great, lots of space, very clean and the beds were very comfortable, I was part of a group of 6 staying in the apartment and everyone loved the apartment. Will recommend the apartments to all friends and family and would definitely be staying there again next time we visit Blackpool as the location is great too, just 5 mins walk from train station, shops, bars and see front.

Great value seaside stay!

The property was perfect for our needs, it seemed relatively recently renovated. Everywhere was clean and we had everything we needed. Great location for all the attractions. Great value.

It’s not that we didn’t like it and it wasn’t an issue for us however we were on the very top floor that was around four flights of stairs up so if there is anyone with mobility issues or push chairs it’s just something to be aware of

Great accommodation - Amazing value for money!

Lovely apartments right near the seafront - couldn’t have asked for a better location. Really well maintained and clean. Multi storey parking only a short walk away. The host was also very helpful and was great at responding to queries.

Nice but could of been better

The flat was lovely. Decorated nicely. There is a few problems that I was concerned about Radiator hanging off the wall in bedroom. Flooring in lounge/kitchen very uneven and is possibly a hazard Sofa arm was quite broken (I felt the need to take photos on arrival due to feeling a bit like we could possibly be blamed ) Internet didn’t work at all Contacted host but it still didn’t work even after said they would get it fixed It was extremely hot even with use of fans There was a bit of a damp smell in bathroom

Beautiful, luxurious and accommodating

When we arrived, we were gobsmacked at how lovely the lace was and how it mirrored the pictures of the rooms. The apartment was clean, fresh and so homely and comfortable, it really was a delight to come somewhere that just felt so modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The stay in the luxurious suite was amazing and anything you could want, it was there to make such a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment was right by everything you could ever want or need i.e. The tower, the gallery etc. Your communication before the stay was also very helpful and appreciated so thank you. I would certainly agree with a previous comment i had read before booking that this is the best property on the street and the luxury inside gives satisfaction that it was worth every penny. If i do visit Blackpool again or have any other family or friends, please be assured i will be recommending this accommodation as a great place to stay.

Perfect one night stay with friends for Lytham festival

Used the apartment for a one night stay with friends, for Lytham festival. The apartment was lovely and clean, very modern, well presented, clean bathroom, iron, and kitchen really smart and modern

Great flat noisy location

The was clean and well presented The bathroom is huge The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The property manager was available if needed The bed was comfy

The location is very noisy at night especially at weekends The TV remote didn't work it was very slow to react The sofa bed was very uncomfortable I've seen a few say they didn't like the fact the main building door is unlocked for us that didn't bother us as your main flat door locks so we felt absolutely safe inside this flat. Other than that the flat was amazing. 4.5/5 a shame the location let it down but I would return again and my teenage daughter said she would return again.

Nice stay, good location, comfortable modern rooms!

Spacious modern property, two smart tv’s, property had everything you needed eg plates, cutlery etc. Coffee tea sugar milk available. Bed was comfortable. Great location if you’re attending opera house 5 min walk. Convenient key safe entry.

Not a complaint as we were only staying for one night but we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. If we were staying longer we probably would’ve messaged / rang to see if it was something we were doing wrong or if there was a problem. We coped with the cold shower for one night. Again, not a complaint but as people were coming and going to the block of apartments throughout the night / early hours in the morning it was quite loud. We were in the apartment close to the front door though so I imagine elsewhere in the block it would be quieter. Finally, a good idea to plan parking prior. It took us 30 minutes to find a space on a car park that was about a ten minute walk away. It was Easter weekend though so everywhere was very busy!!

The location of the apartment was central and modern inside

There was no electric when we arrived but lucky my Mam switched it back on at the trip switch. There is only 3 cups so one of us had to wait for a cuppa. Only 3 small plates also. The shower could do with a better clean, grubby grout, plug needs removed and cleaned inside and the shower cable for the shower head covered in limescale. We booked this as Mam, daughter and 2 children and booked as it had sofa bed and did not realise as not stated that bedding for the sofa bed must be requested as there was none so we had to use the throws from the beds. Sofa bed is also really uncomfortable. Lamp shade on floor light in living room didn’t fit properly and fell off when touched as it is only balancing on.

We all loved the property, super clean with great facilities. Good location to the town centre and eat to access. Lovely deco and spacious for the 4 of us. Beds could have been a little more comfortable but would definitely recommend and return.

The apartments were stylish from as soon as you walked in the building it was beautiful. Our apartment itself was also beautiful and was immaculate! Cameras in the foyer so feels secure and communication was fast and easy.

if there was anything I would have to say it was quite cold. There were radiators but when knocking them on they smelled of burn, so knocked them off to be safe.
