Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean.
We did run out of toilet roll whilst staying, we didn’t get a full one to begin with and there were no spare ones in the bathroom.

The street where it was was full of drug users & drunks & front door always open so didn’t feel safe

Fab location, walkable distance to main attractions. Close to parking at Houndshill also. Easy to access via key collection boxes. Good spacious rooms!
1 Overall cleanliness - we found an inhaler under the sofa & a foul smell in the apartment on arrival. 2 General upkeep - broken shower door, leaking shower head, mould on window frames, dirty windows, broken mirror, bed runner/cushions were stained, chipped/broken crockery. 3 Main door to the apartments was unlocked most of the day.
