we stayed here to go to lytham festival… location was great we honestly thought before arriving that it would be nothing like the photos! but we were so wrong it’s a stunning place great for groups we had a brilliant stay and very impressed!! would 100% book again

Location. Room sizes, upstairs and downstairs split with extended family
Damp smell throughout. Layout was challenging if you have infants and elderly staying. Lots of stairs made the entrance and exit a hassle for the pram or elderly with mobility issues. Chewing gum in the drawers and could have done with a better clean due to dust and clothes from previous occupants.
