How close to the places we were going to
There was some issues with some broken parts of the furniture. We didn’t like that the door had to be locked by the key as we were a group once we came back whoever was the last one in before others had to stay awake to let them in.

Could be a great space with more thought
The apartment is within easy walking distance of the front and the tower, the kids loved the cinema room and we made good use of it throughout our stay. The bedrooms are mostly all comfortable and great sized (apart from mentioned below). The communication from Sasco was fantastic, they couldn't resolve all our issues i.e. heating but we're very responsive and did come repair what they could when reported.
This was a last minute change of apartment for us as our other host cancelled when he arrived in Blackpool so we were disappointed to start with but I will try not to let that affect the review. Overall we made the most of our stay and enjoyed ourselves for a weekend, I wouldn't like to stay any longer than that, mainly because the only seating area is the "cinema room" which for a weekend with kids is a great gimmick. But when you want to sit down with a brew and chat or indeed eat it isn't suitable. We ended up eating out all weekend due to not even having any sofas to sit on. There is a small "breakfast bar" but the stools are much too high and the bar is very narrow, there is also very little lighting in here just strip lighting and even during the day the windows are so dirty that it lets in very little light to the main room. The main issue we had was the temperature, the house was very cold when we arrived, the heating system is inadequate for the size of the house (small, low heat electric radiators), the bedroom with one double bed doesn't have a radiator in so it is extremely cold. The heating made very little difference after hours. As 4 of our party had asthma and 2 with medical conditions we ended up purchasing 3 electric fan heaters to warm up the space, the main issue is the hallway, stairs and landing is freezing cold so the minute you open any doors to rooms the heat leaves instantly. There's no heating in the landing or hallway and the front door is poor quality which lets in a draught (also doesn't feel secure, we weren't provided with a key to lock the mortice lock). For the price of the property I would expect better quality, you need to pay a £500 deposit in case of any incidents and are provided with an extensive list of all the scenarios where you could incur a cost, from the list and high deposit I expected to find the property immaculate condition, it was far from that.

the cinema room was great and it was perfect for our group
the decor and furnishings could do with a little spruce in places and a need for more bedding for the amount of persons staying we made it work though

We stayed for 2 nights - a group of 11 and it was great!
The apartment is in a great location, it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. All rooms (including a cinema room) were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was modern, heating and showers worked perfectly, very well equiped kitchen and cinema room with smart TV was a great bonus.
Communications and instructions throughout the booking process and stay were excellent.
I would definitely recommend this stay!

OK stay but not as luxurious as the photos show.
The beds were mega comfy. It was closer by to everywhere we needed to go. It was spacious.
The facilities and cleanliness were poor. It sleeps 19 people, but only 1 of the 2 showers worked. Not enough lighting in the sofa bed area. They provided 3 toilet rolls which wasn't ideal between 19 people. Had we known I would have brought more. Glasses on the shelf were dirty and over all was abit dusty and stuff marked. Needs a good deep clean. No heater in the room that sleeps 2 which was freezing. Also just abit run down. Mouldy/damp windowcill. Plug sockets coning away from wall, lamp shades missing.

I was able to take photos of any Mark’s on walls etc and send them direct to the admin
We could not put lights on in the sitting area( only blue ceiling lights) we left the apartment clean and tidy

brilliant looking place but could do with some tweeks
the property was spacious and short walk to the Illuminations.
lighting is not great in the living room with no instructions of how to use it.
stains all over the carpets in the hallway
no mention of the steep staircase to get into the property and we had a family member with twin babies less than 1 year old.
no instructions for the hot water downstairs either.
considering they charge £90 for cleaning the carpet should be spotless and it’s not.

Great apartment for groups and cinema room is great!
4pm late check in and early check it works out you have it for just over half a day if you book for one night. I think check in is far too late especially if you have a day planned would have been nice to be able to just put our belongings in the apartment.
