Very close to the Winter Gardens. Nice warm property with comfy bedrooms.

Location was perfect for our needs. Group of 9 people, used all the rooms including the sofa bed. We were able to eat in so as to avoid the need to use restaurants. The chip shop next door serves gorgeous chips!
Lack of plates (have advised the owners). Cleanliness could have been better considering the cleaning charge.

The location is handy for attractions and decent size.
The property was very tired, not super clean. In need of work. Cracks, leaks, damp patches. Needs new pillows as they were almost hollow. An apartment for 10 people and there is only 1 small couch to sit on, no chairs, a few small stools in kitchen but no table. Was enough plates and glasses for people, but not really enough cooking stuff and one tiny fridge no freezer just a freezer compartment. So wouldn’t recommend if want to cook/eat in.
