Albert Hottub & Jacuzzi Apartments

Location was good for being near The Winter Gardens. Also, managed to secure a car parking space at the front of property with arriving earlier than check in time which was a bonus. Nice touch that they left us a bottle of Prosecco - very welcomed!

Outside area cushions were grubby and needed a wash or to be kept in an airtight box outside. There wasn't any room in the main living area for hanging clothes - suggest a rail where the standard lamp is in the window area - this would suffice. Would have been helpful if the second sofa bed was put up but probably could have asked them in advance but equally they could have asked us too if we needed it making up. Suited us for one night but wouldn't have liked to stay for a few nights due to shortage of wardrobe space, there was 4 of us. The step into the bathroom could do with a warning strip of some kind. Had a little trouble with the toilet flush which took a long while to refill with water - might need looking at. Whilst lovely decor everywhere, didn't feel it was the luxury apartment as described.

Great location. Very clean and tidy. Staff informative and polite.

Only small rooms and sofa bed was not comfortable for anyone over 14.

Superb location. Wonderfully clean apartment. Great communications with the host. I will stay here again and wonderful bottle of prosecco on arrival as a gift. First class
