The location was amazing; we danced at Winter Gardens, and you can see Winter Gardens from the property. The property was clean, just a little dust on some of the lamps. The house is large, so you don't feel overcrowded. There are three ensuite bathrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as a toilet downstairs. Tea and coffee were provided. Shower gel was provided. Cleaning items were provided There are several large mirrors—essential for dancers. The rooms are good sizes. There is an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. There are rules around the bin, but you didn't have to carry it out. (Felt odd not to recycle, though) There is parking, but it is tricky, but there are 2 car parks literally next door if you don't like the parking. The hosts are responsive to messages whilst you are there. The house was warm. Most of the guests slept well. Felt safe in the area. There are some reviews of it feeling run down; I disagree. For a rented property, I thought it was well maintained. There were plenty of cups/glasses. We would 100% recommend if some of the messages could be relaxed, maybe with a friendlier approach. Perhaps this comes with a return visit.

The house is lovely, comfortable and perfect for groups. However, we found the number of rules and messages a little daunting, particularly after already reading and signing the house rules. We completely understand wanting to protect such a lovely property, but the communication sometimes made us feel a little on edge. We added an 11-year-old and were charged an extra £70, which felt expensive. After a 4.5-hour journey, we arrived at 12.30pm and were happy to go into town until check-in, but couldn't leave our car on the empty drive before 3pm. We left at 8am for a dance competition, well before the 10am check-out, but still received a reminder to remove all cars by 10am. Messages like this made the stay feel less relaxed. We chose the house because there were enough beds to avoid sharing, so we were surprised to be told two guests needed to share. We were also told that using additional beds meant washing, drying, and replacing the bedding ourselves because the cleaner charged per bed. This felt impractical, particularly with children, and doesn't account for sensory needs or group relationships. There were stickers on the bed. I did receive positive communication after messaging. Parking is very specific and, after parking, we received a message asking us to rearrange the cars. They did eventually fit, although maneuvering over the ramp in reverse was awkward. Finally, the £250 deposit is paid by BACS and can take 14 working days to be returned, which made me a little nervous as we are used to card deposits. Overall, it's a lovely house in a great location. A slightly more relaxed approach to the messaging would make the experience feel much warmer and more welcoming.

The accommodation was perfectly located for us and had parking. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed.
