Stayed here before and loved it so much just had to return with my family from overseas. The home was amazing and location is great! Literally next to the Winter Gardens and just behind the Blackpool Tower with some lovely views of the Tower from all the rooms! The communication was quick and very helpful. Family thought the flowers walls were a great touch and super unique, amazing photo opportunity. The beds were super comfy.
The parking spots were great and an added bonus
Deposit was returned quickly! No issues at all would highly recommend!

Lounge and kitchen were upto date.
Some bedroom doors didn't have locks and some shower door locks didn't work.
The mattresses were not firm enough and pillows too soft. Also no wardrobes or hooks on doors for hanging clothes. Would have been nice to have A.C or at least wall fans in the bedrooms. Some shower rooms had very small sinks. Dining table is too small considering accommodation is for 15 people. Should have one big Dining room or 1 table in each room.
