Good value and location, could do with some updating

Location, was warm, nice tv, lighting, shower, allowed pets. The hosts were very good and helpful in communication.

The pictures flatter the apartment as sadly lots was worn, like the floors, paint work, and the bed springs were noisy and uncomfortable, the sofa settee was a little uncomfortable to sit on to when watching the tv.

The windows were old and as it was really windy so it was really noisy! We had to roll clingfilm up and press it around the edges to stop the whistling. The patio doors actually moved. If you fell against them they would have fallen out!

Lovely little flat.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed, good selection of plates cups and glasses as well as utensils in the kitchen. Fresh towels and linen which smelt lovely. Good choice of TV channels. Convenient for the tram and beach. We felt safe and secure

A little tired. The outside looks quite rough with rusty balcony's and the staircase is more of an exterior one.... Once in the flat however it's much nicer, however it could do with new flooring in places and a bit of a redecorating here and there,- skirting boards and the hall. Cables for the newly fitted fire detectors weren't encased, but all cosmetic. It was absolutely fine for what we needed though and I would stay there again.

Apartment needs a full renovation, laminate flooring lifting, old and dirty. Rusty washing machine, mouldy bathroom with no fan and all windows baring 2 including the bathroom are screwed shut, surely a safety issue in the event of a fire?

Excellent location on sea front. Free parking. Spacious. Felt very safe. Good Wif. Very comfortable beds. 3 TV’s. Everything you need is there.

The only negative thing I can say is the laminate flooring is tired. Other than that the apartment is perfect.

You have to pay to get clean towels and toilet rolls, it would be better for them to say towels not included, then we could have brought our own, but toilet roll? Terrible looking outside, and the lift will only take one person at a time, The bedroom was so small, you had trouble to walk down the side of the bed, extremely hot, but too small to have the fan in there

Super location! Spacious with a comfy bed as well as being dog friendly

The communication with the owner was really easy. The location of the apartment was super. You can cross the road to travel on the tram but the walk along the promenade was a joy. This apartment is also dog friendly with parking which are two essentials for us personally. The apartment had some lovely pictures and the beds were comfortable which is always a big plus.

The plan for our mini break was to cook in the apartment and not have to eat out. This apartment would be an easy 10 the kitchen was equipped better. For example, coasters, placemats, more glasses, tea towel, coffee machine, (although it had a kettle) utensils etc. The walls could do with a coat of paint. These are only recommendations.

Flat 1/A is not secure, found our very nervous dog walking about outside alone. She had somehow got out. Emergency exit latch was pinging open, not sturdy enough, staff leave hallway door open also, she must have skipped out when someone opened the main door, to our absolute horror. Anything could have happened to her. Smells damp, bed settee rubbish, no cleaning materials, mop etc. Service Flats?…Nobody came near in 3 days we stayed. We won’t be back.

Really comfortable and well equipped for self catering if you're on a budget, even got washing machine for kid's if needed. Across the road from the beach, 15min walk to tower or pleasure beach, what's not to like!!

Beautiful inside,recently renovated modern with a very good bed.very clean as well with most supplies inside,great nights sleep on a very good bed. Good sofa bed for our son and it’s close to everything we wanted,the beach,the tower and leisure beach all walkable.Safe and free parking as well,we drove 12 minutes to the zoo Great security in the building too

It’s good for shorter stays ,after day 4 we got frustrated with the slow wifi,slow toilet flushing system and there were no brooms or mops or any dishwashing cloths.apartment got sandy and irritating the longer we stayed.Also the entire building is s a bit tatty but inside is great

Could be better

The location is perfect. It was quiet at night. Good locking system at the door. Good communication even if it wasn't ready for us on arrival.

We were on street level and a window into our children's room could be opened from the outside! I had to tie it with string to make it safe! The whole property is in dire need of refurbishment. The floor is cracked and uneven, the shower door doesn't shut, the kitchen cupboards are falling apart, and a few electric sockets had damage.

Lovely wholesome family weekend

The location was perfect and so was the 3rd floor balcony we booked, our 2 year old had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

The fact the elevator took 1 person only but thas about it which isn't alot to grumble about, the room was spotless the staff were excellent, and the parking is great!

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was beautiful , very clean and it had a great view of the sea from the balcony . We enjoyed a cup of tea on the balcony in the morning watching the world go by . The beds were very comfortable we had a great night's sleep in them . The location was fantastic also we were so close to everything and there was a tram stop just across the road . We had a lovely time and would definitely book here again

The only downside was the lift only being able to take 1 person however this didn't impact our stay at all

Conveniently placed accommodation right on the front of the promenade but wouldnt rebook

Was easy location to get to things, and was handy to have the space since we were travelling with 2 kids

We got given the wrong key code to collect keys, we struggled to get the owner for the correct code thankfully maid was about, the front door to our apartment was boarded up with a smashed window which you dont want to see travelling with your kids because its shows potential evidence of a previous break in or something, the elevator was subpar couldnt get the pram in it without a struggle

There was nothing to clean the floor with as in a mop and bucket or a brush because when your in and out you bring sand in on your shoes so when you go to bed you get sand in your bed and its horrible normal when we get there in the bathroom this 1 or 2 toilet roll and there was non and in the oven there was no grill pan

The host Peter is absolutely lovely and offered to go above and beyond for us when we informed him of two disabled people in our family. The apartment itself has incredible views and beds Extremely comfy. Had items like coffee and tea and washing up liquid and shampoo ect waiting for us. We can't wait to be back soon!

A little outdated with a few broken things like door and cupboard handles, doors, flooring , wall damage ect. But nothing major. It didn't impact our stay

Don’t stay here you will regret it massively.

The only good thing was the Location.

I didn’t like that they had all the Widows within the apartment screwed shut so they couldn’t be open. The heat reaching Max and the property overheating due to no air conditioning, fan or cool air. My Service Dog was overheating multiple times a day. The lift wasn’t working first day lift got stuck between floors, the stench of Cannabis throughout the property in and out for the full stay. The property wasn’t clean on day one of the arrival we took plenty of pictures to document this we pay a £45 cleaning fee and the place wasn’t even clean. The overall stay was ruined as a result. Trying to contact anyone is also near impossible as they either don’t answer or just send automated responses. I just wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s not even you get what you pay for the pictures are not up-to date they are old when the property was clearly just renovated and clean and fresh looking. They also make it look 10x bigger in the photos than what it actually is. The only good thing is the location of the apartment. The door was also broken and first day walked into the broken hinge hanging from ceiling.

Amazing stay to go away with our dog.

The room was very clean and very spacious. As soon as we entered our room, it smelt so clean and fresh. All necessary food storage was available, including a refrigerator, freezer, and ample cupboard space. Cooking appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, and stove were provided. We enjoyed a large double bed and a sizable sofa bed. A balcony offered a lovely view of the beach, providing a relaxing seating area. Televisions were conveniently located in both the living room and bedroom. A fan, thoughtfully placed in the storage cupboard, was particularly appreciated during the warmer months. The lift was a welcome convenience, especially helpful for my back condition. An abundance of towels and bedding was supplied, along with washing-up liquid, a sponge, shampoo, and other essentials. I appreciated the option of standard lighting or a more relaxing blue hue. The accommodation was very dog-friendly, ideal for families or couples. The owners were readily available for communication. Its beautiful beachfront location was perfect for me, given my spinal condition which makes long walks difficult. It was undoubtedly my best accommodation experience in Blackpool, and I will certainly book here again in the future. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The television in the room did not appear to be functioning correctly, though this may have been due to our unfamiliarity with its operation. We could have contacted the owners for assistance, but we did not, as it was not a significant concern for us since we primarily watched television in the living room. A small hand broom was provided; however, a standing broom would have been preferable due to my back condition, as I needed to sweep sand regularly and found the small broom more difficult to use.
