The property was located centrally in Blackpool so was ideal. It was reasonably well equipped and had everything we needed.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor and was a real mission to get to. Some of the finishes in the apartment needed tidying but I’m guessing the apartment is constantly booked out so can be a bit awkward.

Ground floor, with a garden, nice and big.

It had a terrible musty smell in hallway. The bathroom was really cold. Dog poo and cigarette stubs all in the garden. We originally booked in the centre but asked to move, wasn’t happy having to get taxi’s all the time as it was over Christmas and it was an extra expense we didn’t want.

The apartment is in the middle of all the entertainment , the heating is on 24/7 if you want it on, spotlessly clean , comfortable beds , very spacious , it’s definitely a 10/10

Sofas were worn, comfort of apartment was okay but felt a bit like a student apartment. There was a constant beeping that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from through the night, possibly from the property below, roughly under where the fuse board is. Odd yellow staining on floor throughout property. Lock broken on bathroom door. Power sockets were oddly placed in the bedroom and living room. It was however fine for our one night stay being very central.

Upon entry we found a massive leak from the ceiling which was reported to owners who said maintenance would be out... They didn't attend whilst we were there. Apartment is STONE COLD FREEZING. All the pictures on booking. Com imply central heating as you can see radiators but when you get there the central heating is defunkt and they provide two inadequate electric heaters. One is 500w and is meant to heat a whole room with a tiled floor. The one in the bedroom is faulty and the plug gets ridiculously hot so we didn't use it. The bathroom has zero heating in at all so you can see your breath in both the bedroom and bathroom. I asked how the central heating worked but by the time I got a reply we were on our way out for the evening. We barely slept from the cold and left swiftly in the morning. Waking up seeing your breath in a leaky apartment bedroom is not acceptable. I've raised a complaint but the property have said I didn't raise the issue of the heating with them but the fact is I waited a few hours for a reply and by which time we were out for the evening anyway. Booking. Com also accept little responsibilty for allowing misleading photos and descriptions. All in all, avoid like the plague.

Great location. Huge apartment. Very clean. Lovely towels and everything provided was good. Worked heating out so were nice and warm on a very cold wet weekend. Top floor so lots of steps but we knew that and you got a better view

Needed more glasses and crockery. 4 of everything but could have done with more. There was a leak in the roof on perhaps the wettest stormy weekend but it didnt cause us an issue but needs fixing. Mats for the glass tables would have been good as felt we were going to break them. Shower has very little power. Minor things though and it was a good value stay. Parking was £22 for 24 hrs but was very close by

Stains kept appearing on the bedding, initially I thought that it hadn't been changed and when contacting host it was changed straight away. The Stains reappeared, I took the covers off both duvets and one was covered in blood. The pillow I removed a cover off also had blood on it, I took the sheet off the bed and that was covered in Stains. I decided to leave 2 days into 3 day trip.

Location was brilliant, really close to the main part of Blackpool, it took us about 10mins to walk to the tower and the prom. The space is really big, my kids enjoyed the size of the living area and the rooms are very comfortable, the decor is well used but still very clean and looks nice. We would definitely stay there again, it had good cooking facilities, so you didn’t have to eat out, but it was very close to a range of different restaurants

Amazing location, spacious apartment, lovely views overlooking the tower especially at night. Perfect keycode system as we didn't have to remember keys and share between our family we could all access at any time. Great location very close to car park. Fabulous communication with the hosts.

Hard floors in the apartments meant you could hear the running footsteps from above.

Location excellent , few minutes walk to seafront . Nice size apartment with plenty of room for all the family . Easy to follow instructions from helpful owners .

Property could do with a little TLC . Socket loose in bedroom . Would have been good to have some Loo roll in toilet for arrival .

Peter was an amiable type chap who happily gave us his local knowledge. We did have another property booked with him but he recommended we go to another. The property we stayed at was potentially not as modern as the other one but it was a large ground floor apartment with a great location and free parking. I would recommend booking with Peter for a value for money stay in Blackpool.

More cutlery and crockery.. no sharp knives were provided and no scourers or cleaning cloths. This would probably not be an issue for most people staying a few days in Black as most eat out but we had young children.

Great apartment have stayed here a few times. Great location for central Blackpool and the Winter Gardens. Spacious and lots of amenities available.

Couldn't work out how to get the heating on but a very minor issue. Sure I could have text the owners as they are great at communicating but it was late at night.

I regularly go to rebellion festival in Blackpool, and I've stayed in a lot of places. For the first time, I'd be delighted to return to this accommodation. It's upstairs, which I was ok with but some people may have a problem with. But it's clean, big, fresh, a new bed and bed linen, got a kitchen, and the location is unbeatable for the wintergardens, and the best street of bars in Blackpool, Topping St. . 50 yards from the Abingdon market.

Nothing really. I only booked on the day I went, so the price reflected that. Only reason I marked down the value.

It was situated just up from North Pier, the apartment was really spacious & easily accommodated our group of 6 ladies We brought our own towels, tea, coffee facilities, washing up items etc which were already available in the accommodation for us Nice touch It had a really good view of the Blackpool tower & could also see the sea. It was located just around the corner from the winter gardens where we were attending a weekend event Very close to Iceland & the North Pier & train station The beds were comfortable The bathroom was really big with a full sized mirror, full bath & shower, water pressure was good It was open plan kitchen, dining area & living area. Nicely decorated, with a large tv on wall.

When we arrived at the apartment there was a really strong smell of weed & cigarettes on the staircase. Apartment is located at top of building, staircases were very steep, 3 flights of stairs to climb, some of the group had difficulty. The apartment was freezing, took us a while to figure out that the pipe where the hot water travels through was closed off in the boiler cupboard, once we opened it the apartment got warm. The bedroom windows need attention, they don’t close properly & water was coming in & lying on the window sills (storm Amy had arrived also). Items got quite wet. The beds felt damp when initially got into them. The roller blinds were water stained, no rope to pull them up to let in light. There was water damage weirdly on the inside wall of the 2nd bedroom, & wet to the touch, friend pulled bed away from the wall. Around the door frame at the top in 1st bedroom there is a large crack in the plaster. There are water damage stains on the ceilings throughout & living area floor isn’t level , wall must have been in situ previous. There was a tear in the arm of the couch which had been sown, cushion covers were also torn. The apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint , new bedroom blinds, the windows getting fixed & the floor levelling.

It’s a big place, with everything provided, and it was very clean.

One window would not shut and it was very loud outside. I didn’t bother reporting it, so no points off. Those stairs are a killer, but GREAT exercise. 🏃‍♀️

Smelt like wet dog. The rug was disgusting. Holes in furnture. Dog hairs everywhere.

The apartment was lovely and very roomy and comfortable and clean, central Blackpool close to the seafront, tower, shops and lovely cafe opposite, thanks.

We had a top floor apartment with wonderful views but a lot of steps.

Nothing, everything was fine

• Provision of washing up liquid, hand soap, sponge, and tea towel (when clean). • General cleanliness on the surface. • Clean white bed linen and towels. • Spacious accommodation and convenient location. • Ample parking options. • Frequent communication (although messages about the deposit and policies were somewhat excessive and mistimed).

While we did enjoy certain aspects of our stay, I was left disappointed given the cost plus the £100 holding deposit, which I was not made aware of until after booking. Unfortunately, a number of issues with cleanliness, facilities, and comfort made the stay less enjoyable than expected. Bedroom • Spare bedding (pillows, towels, duvet) in the wardrobe appeared used, with visible stains on the pillowcase. • The yellow throw on the bed had a large visible stain. • Furniture was scratched, with parts hanging off the side tables. • Wardrobe door hanging loose. • Radiator came on during the night despite warm weather, with no working thermostat. • Chest of drawers had visible water damage. Bathroom • A used razor with hair was left in the shower on arrival. • Plug in sink does not lift properly, preventing drainage. • Hairs in the bath. • Half-used toiletries left behind. • Towel rack detached from the wall when in use. Living Room / Kitchen / Dining • Door held open with a knife sharpener. • Glass table dusty with visible marks. • Chairs stained and loose. • Rug stained with crumbs present. • Floors not properly cleaned. • Yellow pillow stained and grubby. • Sofa dipping in the middle and uncomfortable. • Fridge door not properly fitted. • Gap visible in kitchenette cupboards. • Unit beside sofa stained. • Dirty tea towel provided. • Oven tray dirty under pre-wrapped foil. • No fan or air conditioning available, which would be beneficial in warmer weather. Accessibility • Apartment location/floor level is not made clear during booking. My partner has mobility issues, and the steep stairs made access difficult. • Bags of dirty laundry were left on stairways, creating a trip hazard. Noise Guests opposite our apartment were extremely disruptive until 2am on our final night, despite me asking them to be quiet after midnight. This significantly impacted our stay.

Amazing location. Very spacious accommodation. Little extras - hairdryer iron/ ironing board etc. All the home comforts you could ask for. Comfortable beds. Clean and cosy. Easy checkin/out process. 100% recommended.

Nothing not to like. The stairs are quite steep on entering but expected for a top floor property.

Quiet area, close to the winter gardens which is where we were visiting. Very spacious, lots of beds. Doors secure with codes so felt safe and secure. Everything we needed was in the flat.

Some areas look a little tired. There were marks on the floor and walls and I was concerned we might be held accountable. A few bits needed fixing (loose towel rail) but a text to the owners and a quick response to say they would have maintenance fix them for the next guests. If you find stairs difficult the stairs are very steep, we were ok but future guests might find this information helpful.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment we were allocated was on the 3rd floor up 3 very steep flights of stairs. Had i known this in advance, I wouldn't have booked ( as I had already discarded others that said top floor ) as I am 70 and have poor mobility. This ruined my few days away as I was constantly worried about getting up and down the stairs. For me personally, it's not in the best area. Although it was central to the town.
