We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The location was amazing, so close to tram stops, with easy access to some green space for the kids and dogs and nice and quiet. The home has good street parking. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, with adequate sleeping space for our family and we loved the little courtyard space. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Unfortunately for us there wasn’t enough towels, yes there was a bath towel each, however, there was only one hand towel in each bathroom which for ten people is a little lacking and there wasn’t any hand towel or tea towel in the kitchen. There was only a very small amount of watered down washing up liquid, with no washing sponge and only a couple of spare loo roles. Luckily it is very easy to get to a supermarket only a short drive away to get the essentials.

Value for money and views and size of the property

Sofa was bit low for me especially suffering from a bad back the bed was little hard and creaking when I turned over I didn’t like all windows were locked shut I found this a fire hazard as if there was a fire upstairs we would of had no escape from it so we only stayed one night instead of two because it made us worry garden had rubbish scattered around it with weeds and had no knifes or folks or spoons luckily I brought some with us as my partner is organised and packs everything but kitchen sink

Lovely house in a great location

Good space in a great location. Tram stop at the end of the street. Area wasn’t too busy or much noise. The house was clean and all bedrooms were a decent size.

The stairs to the third floor were very steep but can’t be helped.
