Modern, clean apartment with great hosts

The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at a hotel directly opposite. The apartment we booked (no. 5) had a small living/kitchen area but had almost everything we needed for a two night stay. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were modern and very clean. The service provided by the hosts is exceptional. Great communication and easy to contact if you need to. I somehow managed to leave several items of clothing behind when we left and the hosts could not have been more helpful in helping me to arrange for them to be collected.

The accommodation overall is very good. I have a couple of observations that would make it even better. - The second bedroom has a slightly odd layout. I understand why the wardrobe is wedged behind the headboard (because of where the tele is positioned on the wall) but if the tele were positioned on the opposite wall, the bed could be switched round which would make the room feel much better. - Other than the small wardrobe, there's nowhere to put stuff in the bedrooms (toiletries, make-up, electronics etc). There isn't space to put any drawers so everything was on the floor but the problem could be solved by a shelf or two on the walls. - There weren't any hangers in the wardrobe. I'd taken a few with me so it wasn't a major issue but would be helpful if there were a few there. - The bedding isn't brilliant, clean but very basic thin synthetic pillows and duvet. - The kitchen is generally well equipped with modern appliances. It has three frying pans but only one saucepan - another saucepan, a veg peeler and a sharp knife for bread and chopping would be useful additions. All of that said, none of these things were a deal breaker and I would definitely stay at these apartments again.

Really pleased and will book again

Clean, parking available, everything we needed was in there apart from a pair of scissors ✂️ in the kitchen. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and pointed out what was in the local area. Provided a contact for any issues.

Some towels were a little worn with marks but enough provided to not have to use these. Not sure where the bedding was for the sofa bed. The front door needs a better wedge so you can prop it open when loading/unloading the car!

Clean, modern apartment, ideal location, with everything needed, close proximity to promenade, short walk (or tram ride) into centre.

Good apartment and value for money

Very clean, good sized rooms, good facilities, good location.

The front door slams very heavily and wakes you up if you're in the living room. You can also hear people above, kids running about etc. My advice is to wear ear plugs.

The location was perfect easy access tp the sea fronts via tram (2 min walk from apartment) fridge freezer kettle toaster cleaning equipment fresh bedding and towels internet netflix it had it all!

Great family apartment in good location

Great apartment, very clean and in a great location I also used EV charger whilst there which was very handy! Would consider stopping there again, we had a great time (. 2 x adults 3 x children) plenty of room

The apartments seemed very hot but only a slight criticism as better than cold! Couldn’t find a thermostat but wondered if other apartments heating affected ours?

Was clean, warm and good value for money.

Property was clean and functional. Perfect for what we wanted to do. Big tv’s in all of the rooms. Everything was there for what we needed. The shower was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. Was 30 seconds from the tram stop.

Comfortable, convenient apartment.

The apartment was conveniently located with parking and an electric car charge point. All was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived amd though our apartment was compact the beds were comfy and the living space was well equipped. Staff responded quickly, replacing the battery in the wall clock when advised (not essential but helpful!)

Lovely family apartment. Clean and cosy.

Clean, comfy and cosy. A great space for the four of us - glad to have a separate room for 2 young teenagers 😂. Great to have cooking facilities which came in handy. Handy for the tram. Was also quiet.

Nothing, only niggle was we couldn’t get the car charger working. App was updated on phone but the charger didn’t seem to be on to connect. Car charging was main reason we picked the location as wanted to fully charge before going home - we didn’t mention it again as we used the tram during our stay and ended up charging elsewhere so was fine in the end.

A lovely weekend away with my children and this accommodation was perfect for us

It was a lovely trip away and a good quiet location. A simple trip on the tram to get to the main town and the tram stop is literally down the road, me and my kids enjoyed this accommodation and we definitely will be coming back ☺️ also bonus was the parking on the drive

Nicest place we have stayed in England.

Great location, easy links to transport. Ten mins to train station in a taxi. Asked in advance for fans and they were supplied ( huge bonus), Hosts were very good and any queries dealt with swiftly.Apartment was clean and modern,2 tvs which felt like home,one for us and one for kids. Everything was available from milk ,sugar and toiletries. We travel all over the world and this was the nicest most thoughtful. Lots of towels and extra beddings,good for a family of five.

The only thing we felt, the beds ( double and single) in the one bedroom need new better mattresses. The double has a hole with a metal spring protruding, my husband cut his leg. The mattresses were not the best and felt uncomfortable. Didn't really mind as was for 4 nights only.

Lovely family stay in a great apartment.

The apartment was easy to find and has free parking. The code access was easy to use on both the main door and the room door. We were the very top apartment which was good in one way as no one was constantly walking past the room and no doors heard when people coming in and out. Lovely clean apartment with amazing facilities. TVs were huge which my son loved. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kitchen was lovely with a dishwasher, big fridge freezer which was spotless and a big dining table. I liked the location as it was a little further out than the centre so quiet spot but short tram ride in.

The pillows on the bed were too flat for us. The heat in the apartment also. It was very warm but couldn’t find a thermostat and to be honest the radiators weren’t on so I don’t know why it was so hot. Wouldn’t put me off returning though.

Location perfect. Very clean apartment. Well equiped, could do with a frying pan. Free parking on site and on the road.

Othe guests smoking outside their appartment. Below our bedroom window, every morning for several hours and at night meaning that despite the warn weather we couldn't open the bedroom window because of the smell and the smoke.(concerned about the smoke detector in bedroom). Maybe insist on no smoking anywhere on the property, including the back yard.

Pleasantly surprised

We stayed in Flat 5 and found it with enough space for 4 adults and 2 children under 5. We didn’t use the cooking facilities as we ate out for the couple of days we were there, but looking through there was plenty of crockery/cups/glasses and everything was very clean. There was a tv in both bedrooms and the living/dining area, and the WiFi was great throughout. We would definitely stay here again. The contact we had via email with the owners was spot on and very helpful.

The only thing we would comment on is that the rainfall shower head could do with renewing as the water came out in all directions and some of the outlets from it didn’t work.

Stayed here with my family from 28 July to 4 August — spotless apartment, modern and comfortable with everything we needed. Great location near the beach and attractions, but still quiet. Easy check‑in, good Wi‑Fi, and we’d happily stay again. TV is in every room, and three washing machines in the basement.

The stairs might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. I mean, apartment 6 is at the very top.

It was clean and well maintained. Everything was there that we needed for a self catering stay. There was a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and full size oven and more than enough crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage and the bathroom was lovely

Stayed in flat 2. Couldn’t fault anything. Big bathroom with bath and shower. Comfy beds and absolutely spotless apartment. Also had the side garden off our kitchen door which is perfect if holidaying with kids

A comfortable clean flat in a great location.

It was in a great location. Quiet because it wasn't right in the town centre, but only about seven minutes away by tram. We bought weekly tram tickets which were worth the money. The nearest tram stop was just around the corner. I liked the layout of the flat. It was clean and comfortable. it was very hot but there were two fans.

I would have preferred a washing machine instead of a dishwasher, but that was no big deal!
