Convenient location - comfortable beds and furniture.
The stairs - my fault - should have researched properly! Minor issue with kitchen cupboard shelves - awkward if you are small in stature.

One of the fence panels was banging in the wind and was extremely noisy so did keep us awake at night unfortunately
