The best place to spend a hen weekend on a budget

Wouldn't stay again, general maintenance really bad

Close to the pier and station

The hot tub was really dirty with hair etc, there was chipped paint everywhere, the bathroom door handle was broken and locked someone in, smoke alarm kept going off in the night in the kitchen area for no reason, beds upstairs were really uncomfy and the carpet was coming up and I hurt my foot on the sharp staples, broken cooker hood, fridge leaked, not enough toilet paper provided. Shame as it has potential, just cheaply and badly managed. They said someone would come to look at the smoke alarm but noone came and the same happened the second night.

The clean was not good at all very dusty and dirty especially after having kids with you , duvet cover had blood all over it , sky window broken all bed got wet because off that so was one bed short sent them and email regarding it but haven’t done anything about it

Great time with friends

The property is a great size for our large group. Nice and modern and great location. The hot tub is a nice touch and the main reason we booked.

The sky didn’t work so we couldn’t get the music on and the tv wouldn’t connect to Netflix. There were only 4 rolls of toilet roll for 2 days for 15 people which clearly wouldn’t be enough. The sofa bed mattresses are not comfy at all. There was also a leek in one of the bedrooms from the heavy rain. All of this being said, I didn’t complain to the owners so can’t say these issues wouldn’t have been fixed if we had raised them.

Nice house, good position, cozy and tidy

Not comfortable bed, check in time 4:00pm and check out 10:00, a bit rush , no wifi during our stay. Bath spa tub is great, but the floor mat is not fixed well, children fell down while stepping on.

incredible apartment so close to the centre of everything Blackpool has to offer.

The lay out of the property was perfect for a large group. it gave everyone enough space but also great that everyone was together in the one area.

the Hot tub should have a cut off switch to avoid flooding and the temperature of the jets was sometimes like hot steam hitting.

the property was exactly how it looked on the images, very large space and felt luxurious

We booked this for my birthday and the main reason we booked this property and paid more than we were looking to was because of the hot tub. however, the hot tub did not work whilst we were there as the water would just not heat up and we also had issues with the temperature of the showers no matter what we tried. It was just disappointing as like I stated previously it was one of the main reasons for us choosing this location.

Perfect, Fun

This party apartment was perfect for our stay. 19 girls for a 30th Birthday slumber party with a sax player. The apartment was clean on arrival. I booked early check in and late check out. I read up on the reviews regarding people losing some of their deposit, this was not the case with us…. Any issues I had I emailed the company and they replied straight away :) I will definitely be rebooking in the future

They was no cleaning products to tidy the next day, brush mop ect but I went to the local shop and purchased it. ( I emailed the company and she was so apologetic)

The space is amazing for big groups... Very modern and open.

The hot tub wasn't really a hot tub, and took forever for us to get it to work, we had to call out of hours, after a few attempts we got it going, only to realise the jets were not very powerful at all...

the boiler was not working when we arrived. Also the party package is not worth the £40, had girl banners for a boys birthday. And not personalised as they stated. Also could not get the hot tub working. all that was offered was 10% off our next stay, that will not be happening

Absolutely horrendous experience

Location was amazing

Extremely dirty (pictures to prove this) despite charging each person £140 cleaning fee. Made my life hell just before I set off for a 3 hours drive with my family. Even tho I had paid this & proved it. Loft roof wouldn’t close so freezing, tv wouldn’t work, no heating for 3 days so my 84 year old father ended up I’ll. They finally came the day before we went home. There isn’t a big enough box to fill out more issues.

The owners have stolen our £500 deposit from us and are refusing to give it us back even though we made an effort to clean up after our stay and made sure we left the apartment in pristine condition.
