Thank you Sacco! Great apartment to stay as a group!

Great for groups of people, lovely decor and a quirky vibe. The guests that accompanied me for the trip were really pleased with the property! Fantastic location too! Near to the Blackpool Tower and a lovely freshly made pizza shop near the the apartment on our way home at night… the kids loved a late night snack after the concert! We also quite liked the noise of the pigeon cooing in the eves on a morning 😊

Not so much things we didn’t like but the street where the apartment is on has some derelict houses which was a concern regarding the area at first, especially since I knew we would be out late with the children for the concert we were visiting to attend, but once inside it didn’t matter. Also, the surrounding buildings cannot be helped by the apartment owners themselves. The decor in the apartment was really nicely done but the dark blue paint could do with a touch up in places and the skirting boards could do with a wipe over. There were also a lot of cobwebs in the room on the wall of the exposed brick… however, non of these things took anything away from the experience or the stay though, they would just make the stay exceptional.

Amazing apartment and great location, would stay here again!

Great apartment and good size the location is great just around the corner from all of the bars and north pier and a short 5/10 minutes walk to the town. Loved the decor of the apartment and the jacuzzi bath was a real crowd pleaser with the group! Great size open plan kitchen and living area good for socialising!

The only downfall was the neighbours we had upstairs but this isn’t any fault of the apartment and they were guests just like ourselves.

Convenient location to the town and beach. Clean modern flat, ideal for larger groups on a budget.

Apartment was very central, 5 min walk from station and nearby bars and restaurants. Flat was clean and had everything we needed. Jacuzzi bath and the showers were good.

The hosts were a bit shy with soap and loo roll considering there were 11 of us for 3 nights. Despite the location being close to the centre, some of the neighbouring streets didnt feel very safe and it was very hot so having the windows open meant it was really loud. The beds were comfier than the sofa beds - especially one of them didn't pull out properly.

Excellent for a girls weekend in blackpool!

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, the location was spot on! There is nothing I didn’t like about the accommodation! The owners were really good with replying to emails and questions etc!

The only thing I could say is I wish they had some spare bin bags, the bin was only small in the living room and filled up quickly with there being 10, so had to leave extra stuff next to the bin! But that is literally my only Criticism!

We like location and the town

The jacuzzi was superb, but needs a little step because my wife she nearly fall over with the baby and she was at hospital for investigating the legs , I sent you a picture. Another thing is the car parking, we got a ticket, all the time needs to move the car. She needs to have a resident permit. One more thing is the floor, she needs repair.

Lovely apartment, excellent location and our 2nd year returning.

The property is very large and accommodating for our group. It has 2 bathrooms which is great for a large group. very clean and tidy.

Nothing that we didn’t like as such, just a few things to report to Sasco when we got there as we paid a damage deposit and one of the couch arms was wobbly and there was a big dent in a door. Sasco emailed me straight back to let me know that they had added these and made the landlord aware so it didn’t affect our deposit.

Perfect place for large adult group 👌

We had a flood during the night from the apartment above. Emergency out of hours service were exceptional. Very helpful, polite and efficient. Liaised with plumber and landlord for us. Cant fault the service. Apartment clean, comfy beds, plenty space for 10, well stocked and in excellent location for Funny Girls show near North Pier. Perfect place for our adult group celebrating a birthday.

Would advise anyone not to book with Sasco apartments

The property collects a £300 damage deposit before your stay which I completely understand, however 4 days after our stay a further £300 was taken from my bank with no communication. After 2 days of chasing Sasco Apartments I got the additional £300 refunded but they then rang me to advise that the first damage deposit wasn’t being refunded due to a cigarette burn in the bathroom. This was 6 days after our stay and they followed it up with a blurry photo which showed very little in terms of location or details of the ‘damage’. Given that none of our group smoke and the sofa already had burn holes on them when we arrived, I challenged back with 5 emails to date requesting further information and a refund which I have yet to receive any response. Complete lack of any communication and the fact that they feel £300 can just be deducted from someone without any justification is appalling behaviour.

Thought cleaning fee was far too much as there was hairs in bath ‘ sink dirty ‘ taps dirty ‘ crumbs on chairs and in between cracks on floor ‘ bathroom door had been punched and hole in it ‘ rang up and complained and they sent cleaners out again but still wasn’t a lot better
