Property as exactly as it looked in the photos and was a perfect location for our group who needed to be in the tower ballroom each day of our stay
There was some minor maintenance issues upon arrival but after sending one short email to Sasco It was sorted immediately and efficiently

Great for groups of people, lovely decor and a quirky vibe. The guests that accompanied me for the trip were really pleased with the property! Fantastic location too! Near to the Blackpool Tower and a lovely freshly made pizza shop near the the apartment on our way home at night… the kids loved a late night snack after the concert!
We also quite liked the noise of the pigeon cooing in the eves on a morning 😊
Not so much things we didn’t like but the street where the apartment is on has some derelict houses which was a concern regarding the area at first, especially since I knew we would be out late with the children for the concert we were visiting to attend, but once inside it didn’t matter. Also, the surrounding buildings cannot be helped by the apartment owners themselves.
The decor in the apartment was really nicely done but the dark blue paint could do with a touch up in places and the skirting boards could do with a wipe over. There were also a lot of cobwebs in the room on the wall of the exposed brick… however, non of these things took anything away from the experience or the stay though, they would just make the stay exceptional.

We like location and the town
The jacuzzi was superb, but needs a little step because my wife she nearly fall over with the baby and she was at hospital for investigating the legs , I sent you a picture. Another thing is the car parking, we got a ticket, all the time needs to move the car. She needs to have a resident permit. One more thing is the floor, she needs repair.
