There weren’t enough pans or glasses but after I sent a message more were brought to us

Lovely big house that suited the needs of our big family. Excellent facilities and was spotlessly clean. Location is fantastic and very central, close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

No negatives!

Amazing location. Lots of bedroom space and plenty of toilets/showers for the group. Enjoyed the kitchen seating area

No toilet roll in any of the bathrooms (this was supplied once addressed). Inside door handle of downstairs toilet broken. Garden area astrays and bins both over flowing. Main area floor was not clean, our socks were black with dirty and lots of stray hairs found over the floor not swept. Carpet on stairs could be a hazard as coming off steps and not fully fitted. Couple of stains on the sheets before being used. Bedroom bathroom doors faulty. Top floor double bedroom bathroom door only on one hinge! Tails for the darts were all broken, only found 2 that worked. Tea/coffee would’ve been a nice basic touch and was only 1 very small frying pan - not great for the group breakfast! One couch again wasn’t ideal for comfort, the rest of the stools etc were very hard based to sit on for any length of time. Perhaps moving the pool table beside the bar/dart board and gain a larger sittin area infront of the bay window is an idea for future.

Location of the property was very nice. Close to beech and most of the attractions.

Hotel kitchen was badly leaking from top. We have to spend so much time just to clean the water from the kitchen roof. I raised the complain as well before we left but no one contacted for any explanation. Otherwise hotel was good and rooms were comfortable.
