We booked the property as a large group of 7 mums and 8 children to attend a competition over the weekend. The space was excellent as we all had our own bedroom and bathroom., beds were comfortable. The seating area was spacious and kitchen facilities were very good. The property was also very clean. Location was excellent, central and a 2 minute walk to The Winter Gardens, 10 minute walk to the beach.
The key code provided did not work however the host was very apologetic and sent another code.

A lot of rooms and beds and the kitchen was large and well equipped for cooking for a large group. We also loved the pool table and darts board and it was a really short walk so the seafront with a nearby public car park.
The only criticism I have is that the sofa wasn’t very comfortable to sit around on a night or eat our meals at there also isn’t a table but it really wasn’t a big deal and we had a brilliant stay, really spacious and well equipped!

The property was in a good location and was easy to get in rooms was ok could of been better as the on suits was very small the management was helpful did answer my call and offered late check out but with no hot water it puts a downer on anyone stay it had a gaming area pool table and darts board but no dining table we had to take out own folding table
There was a lot of thing to dislike on arrival heating in one room wasn’t working the next day this was fixed then the next day there wasn’t any hot water and was very hard to have showers as it was freezing the beds was not comfortable also it wasn’t a double bed. It was a small double. So was uncomfortable sleep and the room had no locks on with was not good
