Great host, great house, great location!

Mitchell, our host, was very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay, making it very easy when arriving. The house was of ample size for the six of us with great facilities, comfortable beds, and in a good location surrounded by some excellent eating options. We ate at The Gynn, Papa's peri peri, Nelly's fish and chips and Hong Kong Chinese, all of which were very good. The location is a little out of the town centre, but is close to a tram stop which is a good way to travel anyway. Although there were six of us, if you had a few more (e.g. some couples sharing), it would probably still be big enough for you.

None of us had any criticism of the place at all, it was perfect for our group. One of the showers was unavailable due to a leak, but we were kept informed of this prior to our arrival, and given there are several other showers it didn't cause a problem for us,

Really enjoyable stay, would stay again.

Great location on a quiet street, within 20 mins walk of Blackpool north station and the Tower etc. Mitchell was super helpful in getting the house ready for early entry for some of our group who had travelled from Cornwall and arrived well ahead of when they were expecting to. House is perfect for a group, with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

An all round amazing house great for a family get to gether!

An absolute gem, spotlessly clean, great host, great location & excellent value! Will stay again. Perfect for a family weekend away. Also Try the Gynn pub for a meal .. amazing place!

Wonderful Family Get Together

Fantastic location a 15/20 min walk, or short tram ride from North Pier and central attractions. This means all the key spots are easily accessible but the property itself is located in an excellent and very peaceful area. Pub a 2 min walk and shops, take aways etc on the adjacent road. Property very spacious, ideal for family groups, with plenty of space for socialising and lots of options for sleeping arrangements. One bathroom per bedroom means there is no time wasted waiting for the shower. Very clear arrangements on arrival, good communication from the host and spotlessly clean. WiFi excellent and plenty of other thoughtful touches to make your stay a good one. Would highly recommend.

The curtains in the bedrooms were too thin, letting in light from early morning. We are used to a dark bedroom, so this may not be an issue for most people.

Perfect for a family get away

Very Clean and comfortable. Everything was spotless The host left us crisps, mince pies, coffee and tea. Very good hosts. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises

Ideal place for large family.

Definitely the space and security. The kids had a great time playing hide and seek. Although the house is huge, it was warm and welcoming. The seating was comfortable. Most of us found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen was small but fairly well equipped, even to cook Christmas dinner for 12 (I did take my own roasting tins, mixer and large pans). Location was fab. Just a short walk to the beach and and bit further to the centre of Blackpool. Easy access to bus route and trams. I think parking could be a bit of a problem in high season but no worries for us in December. The host, Michell, was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He even put a small Christmas tree up for us which was a lovely touch.

Boiler noise in two of the bedrooms, but better than being cold. Cleaning not very thorough in the kitchen and front garden but all the other main areas, beds and bedding were clean.

Perfect location to explore Blackpool and at the same time get some peace and quiet at night.

From start to finish, we could not have picked a more suitable holiday home for my son's 21st Birthday break. Mitchell the owner was easy to contact and was happy to help in any way he could. We had arranged for shopping to be delivered but when arrived there was already a lot of basics, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, snacks and cleaning materials. The house was exactly how it was described. It was easily accessible by public transport and we did not need to use our cars whilst there. We used almost every bedroom with the exception of the single room. All of the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and the bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. We visit Blackpool on a regular basis will have no hesitation to re-book instead of the usual B&B's which are usually situated in the noisier areas of Blackpool, which means noise late at night. Heather Glen was perfect it was a short tram journey from the town centre or a leisurely walk so we had lovely peaceful nights. Having the large kitchen and especially the eye level grill to prepare full English Breakfasts for 10 of us together with the dining room and lounge area was perfect for our 4 households to get together to relax and spend time with each other. There was games and toys in the living room for children which kept the big children busy too !!!!! The information and instructions on entering the property were timely and straight forward, we felt safe and very secure at all times.

Overall the house was great & perfectly suited our families. We had a great weekend in Blackpool with all the family

Spacious entrance. En-suites to the main bedrooms. Large dining table & enough chairs for everyone. Comfortable & relaxing living room. Fobs for ease of entry.

Some of the bedroom tvs didn’t work. There wasn’t any blinds to the top bathroom windows. The top floor bedroom en-suite shower was scolding & was only that one temperature so couldn’t be used & the shower on the middle floor bathroom was freezing & temperature couldn’t be changed on that either. All the other showers were great.

Amazing Place

Location is great. Short walk to town. Very close by is a convenience store, pub, cafe, Chinese, Indian, pizza, cashpoint. The house was clean with a small amount of provisions and condiments there on arrival which we thought was a nice touch. All of the toilets were provided with adequate toilet roll for our stay of 4 nights, another nice touch. Every year we stay in Blackpool and every year we need a last minute dash to a shop for these items so this was a plus. Great communication from the owner. Two issues arose, one before we arrived and one during. Both were dealt with promptly with good response and communication and rectified as soon as they could have been. We were so impressed we have rebooked for next year which is the first time since we started going yearly in 2019.

The house is amazing for a couple of families. Every room is high spec. It couldn't have been in a better place. On a lovely, quiet rd, only a 10 minute walk to the North Pier, and the beach around the corner. The house had everything we could possibly need. Mitchell even made sure we had many extras like tea, coffee, bread, butter, milk, and nibbles. Not forgetting the Prosecco. I cannot praise the house and the host enough.

Very spacious and homley. Perfect distance from the Centre and a very short walk to bus and tram stops. The house was clean and exactly as described. The owner was only a text away and happy to help with any questions in a timely manner.

You could be picky and find something to write but everything was at a very good standard.

Lovely comfortable spacious house, spotlessly clean throughout, would highly recommend this property

We liked everything about the property it was a perfect location for our family, 6 adults and 4 children. Parking outside the house wasn't a problem, we were offered the garage around the back of the house if needed. The host Mitchell was easy to contact, the house was immaculate. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bonus hamper which had little cakes in for the children so thoughtful. The house was spacious, we had everything we needed for our stay. We do hope to be able to visit again in the future.
