I have stayed 3 nights with 4 children. It was a very good size. Beds were very comfy. Toilet been seperate to shower room is great for big families. Kitchen it lovely and a great size. Extra bed as a sofa bed for cosy late nights with the kids is great.
Its in a great place aswell, first sight was hmmmm cause it looks not so good from outside but it's located near good shops which is handy and an easy few minutes walk from all the fun and beach.
The shower was abit tricky to get it hot it was echo 1 (the meant to be cold setting) but once working it's great.
I think £200 to be held is alot but it's also understandable (I didn't read the policies lol so it was £200 of our spending money)

Location was great
Shower was no good at all was unable to use as it was either too hot or too cold and not much pressure. Water out the taps was hit and miss

Nice spacious clean flat was nice everything you needed there was clean and the beds were comfy
Stairs were narrow hard with children and a pushchair Not something that could be helped

The apartment is in a great location for wintergardens and Blackpool Tower, with parking (paid) right behind the property. bedrooms are good size
Extremely poor water pressure meant the shower (only one) did not work for our entire stay. Reported to host but no help offered. no lock on bathroom door. lounge area is very small for 9 guests. we sat and on the stairs in the hall to eat (only 4 bar stools in kitchen) - will not be returning
