Our family of 6 stayed one night at the Twelve Apartments (apartment no.5). Everyone had their own space after a whole day out. Apartment was immaculate, host was attentive, very spacious shower cube in family bathroom, smaller en-suite bathroom with a single room, lovely warm water, central heating made the rooms nice and toasty, the beds were so comfy. We haven’t slept that well in a long time. Complementary tea, coffee, milk, chocolates, biscuits. Thank you for making us welcome. We will come again!

Loved the location! Away from the chaotic, bright lights and sounds of the 'busy' end of the prom - but only 20 min tram ride away from all the action!
The apartment is lovely! Very well equiped, clean, some welcoming groceries/tolietiries on arrival and fab hosts only a call/message away for questions. Perfect wee base for our long weekend x
Nothing at all! Only minor is its an old building, so other residents sound can travel and we're early bedders but nothing some ear plugs would fix x
