A hidden gem. You wouldn't know it was there from the outside. Very modern and clean place

Spotlessly clean. Very modern decor and furniture. Bathroom a good size, nice kitchen. Location fabulous, right in the centre of town. Very comfortable bed. Would stay here again

Only thing I didn't like was having to pay quite a large room deposit on top of the cost of the room. First time I've ever had to do that and I do a lot of travelling

Good location, close to north pier. Car park opposite (payable). Comfy beds and roomy apartment.

Needs some general maintenence, there is a panel missing in kitchen door. Also no heating in the kitchen, quite cold at times. Seal around bathtub needs redoing, coming away. Some furniture and radiators damaged with bumps. Didn't use cooking facilties so can't comment as we mainly ate out but only three tea spoons, could do with some more cutlery save washing all the time. Check in process could be smoother with deposit/id details requested after booking rather than a day and two before arrival. Wrong lockbox code given but sorted within 10 minutes.

I would not recommend this apartment for any kind of stay, I took my family to Blackpool last week and we booked this place to stay, from the offset we had a very bad experience, the access to the accommodation is questionable, it is allocated down a dirty alley way. This area has a constant smell of urine and feaces. We paid £150 deposit, this con man has returned £78 and kept £72 they said that the hanging rack rail was bent… May I add that i didn’t even unpack my belongings and i didn’t even use the rack! We looked after the apartment and everything was left as we found it but this person is just looking to take more money from its clients. Avoid at all costs! I will be contacting the ombudsman and my bank!

The host was a little too pushy with constant messages, which has unfortunately put me off staying again.

The property is beautiful inside and has everything you need for a short stay.

The gated entrances were a nightmare to get opened, and seemed to take us forever to get in and out each day, which was frustrating when traveling with two autistic children.

Luxury for Blackpool, £150 deposit returned after 14 days

This is luxury for Blackpool, and for the people saying it isn’t then they haven’t stayed in Blackpool before, amazingly clean, comfy beds, great location, we didn’t experience any noise problems. It’s above a set of garages but never felt unsafe. Everything was so well explained even how to open the gate properly (can’t believe that in one review they climbed over 😂😂) very clear instructions for everything. Everything inside is labelled for ease.

The £150 deposit isn’t rare but waiting 14 days to get it back is (some people live on tight budgets) I messaged 5 days after checking out they made an excuse that the cleaner hadn’t washed sheets… they left it till the 14th day. It’s a shame cause it’s lovely. and would have given it 9/10 if it wasn’t for this… owner needs to know this is effecting people. It is hard to get out bath but there is a rail… don’t think it’s suitable for people with legs issues as stairs were steep and front door heavy. Little things that need fixing…rip in corner of bed, very annoying dripping tap, crack in bedroom mirror.

Communication from hosts could be easier and damage deposit took over 3 weeks to return or 16 business days and had to keep messaging to return . Property was very noisy due to surroundings and built on top of 3 garages and very steep stairs to access property. Bed was lop sided down left hand side with quite a sizeable dip in it.Not enough hanging space for 2 peoples clothes as we stayed for 3 days. Taxis parked beneath apartment windows with engines on or talking until 5am each morning, also apartment next door to a large busy carpark and a working men’s club and a lot of homeless people congregate through day and sleep at night Infront of apartment.

Good location close to the town centre

Overall the place looked clean but looking closer it’s not as clean as you may think, I wiped along the top of photo frames on walls, lights in bedroom and the sheer about of dust spoke for its self. To say the cleaner goes in at 10:00 (that’s why you have to be out) and doesn’t leave apparently until 3pm (when you can check in) is confusing because what is getting cleaned? I’d say only to eye level. Tap in kitchen dripped all night and could hear it from the bed room. Stairs up to the apartment quite steep. TV didn’t work at first we had to fiddle around with a few wires to get it working (they did offer to send someone out but insisted it worked before we got there)

Fantastic apartment

What a great apartment, has everything we needed and more! We loved the washing machine and dryer. Bed was one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept on. Also in a great location, minutes walk to a Starbucks and the Winter Gardens. We will be back!

the location of the property was good, nice and central. the storage heating works well - always felt nice and warm in the property. everything was nice. had some noise outside the property on the first night but not after that. the parking was directly outside the property in the car park and I was happy with that.

couldn’t get either of the t.v’s to work but that might be me. i did notice some damage at the property- blind coming away from the wall, smash in the bedroom mirror, pane of glass missing in kitchen door. doesn’t distract from the stay but were all noticeable.

Was a lovely modern nice sized comfy apartment with everything we needed. Everything was labelled which was a nice touch good WiFi for the kids using their tablets. Also was well stocked with tea coffee and cleaning products.

Air con was out of use though which could certainly have been needed. Although the bathroom was lovely the bath wasn't the easiest for my pregnant wife to get in or out of and unfortunately the location is the main thing that let's this luxury apartment down

Weekend trip

The location is amazing a stones throw away from local bars and resteraunts but minimal noise from the scene too. Car park is on the doorstep. The apartment is kept immaculate and clean with everything you could possibly need for a stay!

My only minor dislike of the apartment is that checkout is at 10am so if your planning on having a sleep in/ hangover the following morning plan a strong coffee (though 10am is do-able for most people we would have preferred to checkout around 11/12) overall a really lovely stay!

Fabulous! A must stay!

Upon arriving we were given clear instructions on how to enter the property. The apartment was exceptionally clean & had a lovely warm homely feel. We travelled with our 2 young children who absolutely loved it and didn't want to come home. The Apartment is in a fabulous location & is a close walk to all of the attractions (you can see the tower from the room) I would highly recommend staying here. *****

On arrival it was a little hot and could have maybe done with a window open but it's nothing we couldn't do ourselves!

The whole apartment was great,and with having a child we could wash their clothes,it was just the right size for a family and had everything you needed.
