location ok ,bed comfy, quiet

Not friendly messages , not one welcome message during the whole stay just rules rules rules , they do not have their own carpark its a public one 3 minute walk and £15 ,they wanted extra proof who we were 2 driving licences and £150 deposit not mentioned before booking ? wanted to know if we were using both bedrooms so the cleaner could make the bed up we booked a 2 bedroom apartment surely this should be ready to go anyway ? its up a flight of stairs not mentioned , extension leads on both sides of the bed nailed along the skirting board to give power brilliant health and safety not , lamp switch tacked to the bedside table ? luckily found a note in a window saying leave your keys here if not you will be fined £40 ! MORE rules rules rules, cameras at entry and exit watching every move the whole experience did not feel welcoming and certainly would not describe as LUXURY apartment . would not recommend.

Overall Brilliant, just wished my deposit couldve been returned faster

Really really lovely apartment. Modern, clean, spacious. Easy to find car park at the rear. The BEST flat for funny girls, just across the road. Comfy bed, stylish bathroom, decor everywhere lovely. Great value

Whilst i appreciate we had New Years ( bank holiday) to get through, my deposit being returned was very slow, that i was left worrying and whilst it was eventually sent back, as we did leave flat tidy and ok, the wait for it made me worry if i was getting it and sadly put a downer on what was a perfect flat otherwise. This is the only down side.

Immaculately clean, very spacious

Good communication, spotless apartment. They’d thought of everything. For example the back bedroom doesn’t have a radiator (the rest of the apartment is very well heated, it’s an old building they have quirks!) but there was a heater in there and an extra plug in radiator available. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The living area was lovely. I’d definitely stay again.

Wasn’t keen on a pre paid deposit but I understand what Blackpool is like and why it’s necessary.

Well worth the money

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. Situated in the centre of town, The accommodation offered us an easy walk to the beach front as well as all the bars and restaurants.

Immaculately clean well appointed luxury apartment...

Good central location near Funny Girls. Immaculate well organised apartment which is cleaned to a very high standard. We appreciated small details such as being supplied with shampoos/body washes/towels and tea towels and washing-up liquid in the kitchen. The whole apartment is well fitted out and smartly furnished.

The street is not especially glamorous - but hey - this is Blackpool!

We didn’t know there was a set of stairs to get into apartment. To be fair not many but for myself who recently just had a knee replacement and also spine fusion, it would of been good to know in advance of trip

Location is great! Literally round the corner from Funny Girls.

So many annoying notes around the flat threatening loss of deposit if you didn't do this or didn't do that. Kind of lowered the whole tone in my opinion.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would use again if coming back to the area.

Location was very good and there was a handy public car park at the back of the property. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Very spacious lounge and dining room and comfortable sofa and chairs. Everything was well labelled and important notices prominently displayed. We especially appreciated the dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dish cloth and toilet rolls. Also provided basic coffee and tea making items which we didn't use because we had our own but a nice touch. Quiet accommodation which suited us after busy days out.

Facilities were good although if we had wanted to cook an evening meal there weren't many pots, pans and additional serving dishes. We were only there 2 nights and ate out so not a problem for us. We did cook breakfast and found there were only 4 items of each type of cutlery so found we were reusing teaspoons etc. It would have been nice to have additional mugs to save washing up after each use. I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children because there were so many rules and regulations but perfect for 4 adults like us.

Clean, spacious apartment. Good, clear communication with the host. Car park close by.

The area is a bit rundown but we were aware of that before we travelled. We felt that the bedrooms were too light and would benefit from blackout blinds/curtains.

Fantastic Apartment

Such a fantastic apartment—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable! We stayed here a few years ago, and it’s clear the property has been recently updated. It has everything you need for a great stay, and the new living room furniture and beds are especially cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, apartment was clean, first impression was very good

Apartment clean but the main bedroom smelt of sick, 2nd bedroom bed was uncomfortable, only 4 of us in the apartment and only 4 of everything left for us to use in the kitchen,if the dishwasher was on there wasn't anything to use. No microwaveable bowls, only one ring working on the hob. Really strict rules and stamped everywhere in the place as a reminder ,strict 3pm checking and 10a m checkout and was constantly reminded by the messages sent.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment, clean tidy and nicely decorated. Very central but still quiet enough and close to Winter Gardens and Tower only 5 minute walk. Check in and out went smoothly and parking at rear public carpark was fine. Communication with owner was good. Everything we needed was there.

We absolutely LOVED this apartment!! We were blown away by how HUGE it was!!! Very clean, really comfortable and really central for the North Pier, Winter Gardens, The Tower and opposite Funny Girls. The check in details were excellent and the communication from the owners was great Kitchen had everything you could need and it even had guest Netflix on the TV! . We honestly couldn't recommend it any more and will definitely be staying there again.

the apartment was lovely modern and very clean. no noise and in a great spot for everything you need.

nothing about the property itself. could do with a tin opener and a couple more pans, we struggled when cooking meals as only 1 pan but was only there for 2 nights so did what we could.
