the location of the property is perfect if your wanting night life or shopping

the property was to a very high standard and very modern, just a few minor issues we stayed in vogue the sofa was not very stable and felt like the legs had broke so we didn’t sit on it, also in the big bed room some of the decorative cushions on the bed had some suspicious stains luckily there was only 2 of us staying in the apartment so we just didn’t use that bed! apart from that the apartment was immaculate

Location is absolutely fantastic! Although some reviews comment on the sound from the club below, we were in the top floor loft and with all the windows wide open as it was a very very hot weekend it didn't cause us any issues at all. You can certainly hear rowdy club-goers and the music but if you're going city central with bars and clubs on almost every street I think it's to be expected. The two showers were great, the building looked amazing inside the apartment was cosy and welcoming. Overall myself and my friends left impressed.

Although we were booked in as 4 people, we intended to use 3 beds. As it was one couple and two single people. But no bedding was left for the sofabed in the livingroom. We 'made do' as duvets etc weren't really needed due to the heatwave. I didn't bother contacting the hosts for help though. They may have been able to sort it quickly but my feedback would be to always leave a spare duvet and sheet for the sofabed, just in case. I'd also suggest the cleaners make a point of always taking the sofabed out and giving it a vacuum as it needed brushed off. The portable aircon unit thing in the east bedroom wasn't functional either, which was a shame, but we got a nice sea breeze from the window and ultimately didn't detract from the experience.

This block of apartments is beautiful! Stunningly modern and clean, well equipped beyong anything expected for Blackpool. The bedrooms are immaculate and well set up for guests with hair and make up needs! Beds comfy and thick bedding/pillows. Kitchen has everything you will need and more. Little touches like ice pops in freezer as weather was glorious, tea/coffee supplies and little pots of milk in fridge. Earplugs provided as apartment is (well advertised) above a bar and next door to a nightclub but it didn't bother us too much. Location is great for Tower/North Pier/Winter Gardens.

Nothing to dislike apart from the night noise but if you know when you book you can't let it bother you!
