Mini break in Blackpool

The location and size of the property were spot on. Having 2 car parking spaces was very good. Communications and self entry were just as expected. Contact with the owner was simple and immediate.

Fabulous location 2 parking spaces. Walking distance to all the main attractions Comfortably sleep 8 people in 4 double beds - wouldn’t say comfortable for 12. Happy to allow parking before check in time.

It desperately needs curtains as the light shines through the blinds so you’re awake at the crack of dawn. Cleanliness wise, it is clean on the surface but needs a thorough clean- The shower trap was full of hair, skirting boards and behind doors are full of dust and hairs. Cutlery and kitchen utensils need to be checked between guests for cleanliness. Need a sponge/ scrubber and not just a brush for washing up. Walls all chipped and need some TLC. Although we got told we could park all day which is great, when one couple arrived at 1, there was a car in the other space. When we arrived at 3:45, this car was still parked there. We waited until gone 4 and asked the neighbours who were stood on the doorstep looking at us for the last 15 mins and it happened to be their car which they then moved. I wouldn’t personally have neighbours parking on my land if this is how they go about things. Could do with an extra toilet if possible and for so many people staying, an extra set of keys.

Lack of storage space hanging drawers etc no shelf in bathroom sleeps 12 is OK for short stays not for a week with families no hand washing facilities in toilet could do with second toilet if possible

I would recommed staying here, despite my comments on what could be better, but not 12 people

The location is fantastic. A 10 min walk but far enough away from the centre to not get any noise. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Free parking for two cars. Towels. Tom answered the phone quickly and got any issues sorted out.

Needed more essentials in the kitchen - no baking trays, colander, holed spoon (for getting poached eggs out of pan) scissors, wooden spoons, only two tiny saucepans. Just one toilet (we knew this before we booked but 4 bed properties limited in Blackpool). There were 5 adults and one child in our party. One toilet not really adequate and def would not be if 12 people stayed there, which would be a squash. Not enough seating in the living area so we struggled to watch TV together.

Just was scared for my grandson with the stairs has he's only just turned 1 could of done with stair gate for the main staircase or another door has its a big drop for a little 1 so I was always on edge with him by the stairs at to try keep him in living room / kitchen and make sure the door was shut lol loved the apartment definitely gonna go back there tho

only one toilet which is not fun for 12 people to share. it’s seems a shame when there appears to be enough room to add a second toilet in the bathroom

slechte kussens. harde versleten bedden 4 dunne danddoekjes enkel de locatie is goed maar de rest

wij kwamen aan in een niet verwarmd huis met binnen 2 graden tijdens ons verblijf dienden wij meerdere malen overdag er werken papier werk. de temperatuur werd vanap afstand terug naar 7 graden gebracht. we zijn er zo verkouden van geraakt

we kwamen een dag eerder aan met twee personen. de eigenaar zou langskomen. het was er zo koud. dat we die extra nacht zeer laat zijn gekomen omdat het er zo erbarmlijk koud was. 2 graden buiten
