Dont waste your money

The double room was as in the advertied picture.

Abasolutely everything else, the hosts lie lie and lie. The images have been led to show you something else when you book but in reality you get something completely different. We booked a room for 3, a double bed and two single beds but we got a room with one double bed and no single beds. so we literally slept on the floor. The host was very coy in handing us keys and shouting I can leave now and we never saw her again in order to rectify the problem. The place is ancient, the doors creak if closed fully, the window open but make so much noise, so you either close the windows and roast or open and stay awake. I am a host myself and this place was a disaster.

Great central location, very clean and modern apartment and friendly host

Central location, very clean and modern, like home from home. Great host, good communication. Would stay again with husband/friends but wouldn’t stay with young children due to the parking.

Extremely small parking spaces, we could barley walk between the cars so definitely couldn’t get the pushchair in between so we had to fold it away and put in the boot, absolutely fine as we were a couple with a child but wouldn’t of worked had I been on my own with a 15 month old and it was pouring down with rain. There aren’t enough spaces for each room so making them bigger and the front of the building more accessible makes more sense.

This is a really good apartment with all the amenities you would need. The owners were friendly and were ready for us to hand over the keys when we arrived. The property is well located within easy walking distance of the sea front and all attractions. The apartment was excellent, really comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Blackpool, we will be returning next time we are visiting.

Great host and location.

The host was lovely, met us at check in, went over everything, helped us with our bags and had left a pint of milk, tea bags and water for us to use. The flat was very clean and in a great location with a lovely view of the tower. We had no problem with parking for the whole 5 days. The bed was very comfy.

The flat was not what we had expected from the photos on booking.com. The flat was outdated and some bits had a poor finish. The kitchen and bathroom were very outdated. The fridge particularly generated a lot of heat and didn't keep our food cold (in fact the milk turned sour despite it being on the correct setting) We visited in August and it was particularly hot, we needed to leave all the doors and windows open but the main door to the landing was glass and the landing light was on constantly with no way of turning it off, so this also caused us some issues. All in all, for a one night stay we would stay again but with our family for 5 days, we probably wouldn't choose to stay here for that length of time again.

Car parking was perfect. Key fob entry was great. Lots of space and WiFi excellent. Beds really comfy.

Lovely place for the weekend, would book again.

The location was perfect for our needs and a short walk away from the winter gardens. The owners were lovely & made us feel very welcome. Able to park on site and left the car the following day, saving us inconvenience. The room was good, nothing to flash but again perfect for our needs as we were staying just for the weekend. Beds were comfy.

It took a while for the room to warm up but it is a oldish building & this can be expected but once it was warm it was fine. The shower was a bit temperamental but again once it got going it was fine.

Perfect for a summer break

Lovely clean apartment, beds comfortable and good kitchen facilities. Quiet and we were on the ground floor.

It was a cold weekend, but the radiators were barely warm, staying with a small child we had to take an extra blanket from the car for her. Car parking, I chose here because of the free parking. However, we couldn’t park outside the property so had to park in the carpark which cost £11 and was across a busy road, also it is difficult to access the property if their parking spaces are full. Toilet roll, thankfully I had read the previous reviews and taken a spare.

Great location and great staff

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome, everything was super clean and an amazing location!

The parking situation is difficult, the spaces are very tight and don't comfortably fit the cars. Also we ran out of toilet roll! We were a family of 5 (3 kids) but only had 1 toilet roll. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all, when pulled out as a bed it dips at the top so our bodies were in awful positions at night and very uncomfortable unfortunately

was a nice apartment but owners need to listen more to peoples needs

it was modernised and well kept and was very close to everything, they lady on arrival was very friendly.

i phoned up before booking and explained my mum was extremely disabled, they told me there was no lifts and every room was on one level so she only had one set of stairs to get up, however upon arrival we learnt the room she was suppose to stay in (the more spacious one) was on the second level which had 3 sets of stairs to go up, my mum struggled with the first set of stairs and so had to have the room that was meant for me and it was smaller. And we also learnt she really didnt need to go up any stairs as there was 2 rooms on the first floor. My mum was very poorly because of this and nearly fell down twice (she has terminal cancer and this trip away was a thing on her bucket list) also there was no plug sockets in the apartment in the bedroom and only one in the living room and kitchen, the toilet was seperate from the shower room and sink, so you had to travel across the landing to wash your hands.

All round Amazing

This apartment was amazing, everything was perfect for us. It was clean, great location with a short walk to central Blackpool. Tamara who owns the property is lovely, welcoming, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us making our stay very comfortable. We would highly recommend these apartments, they are fresh, clean and comfortable. It is the best we have stayed in.

Nice kitchen and living room with spacious bedroom.

The bathroom was a bit tatty. Wish there'd been some plug sockets beside the mirror in the bedroom.. A bedside lamp would have been nice too. And more hooks and shelves in the bathroom.
