Located in Central Blackpool, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, the Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens.
Recently converted from an old run-down guest house/hotel, Wakefield House Apartments is made up of 3 large and spacious, modern/luxury, self-contained apartments. Each apartment covering a whole floor of the former hotel!
All apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 stunning modern bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The apartments provide a true home-from-home experience. Great for families or a group of friends, as well as contractors/performers working in the area.
The Patricia Suite is located on the 2nd floor.
The space:
Guests will have exclusive access to all facilities within the spacious 76sqm split-level apartment.
A modern, stylish fully equipped kitchen, which contains: a full sized fridge-freezer, a washer-dryer, dishwasher, built-in oven & microwave and an induction hob. Also, a full set of matching pots/pan, cutlery, glasses/cups, knife block and cooking utensils. As well as matching kettle and toaster.
Additionally, there are 2 stunning bathrooms, as well as the dining and lounge area with its' 55" smart TV. Guests have free access to our Wi-Fi.
The bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Twin room made up of 2 single beds. On request (and with notice) these can be joined to make a king-sized bed. Hanging space with drawers, full-sized mirror and dressing/prep table.
Bedroom 2: A double bed, and the room benefits from having an en-suite bathroom. Hanging space with drawers, full-sized mirror and dressing/prep table.
Also, an iron, hair-dryer, fresh linen & towels. We also provide washing machine and dishwasher tablets!
