Spacious, warm and clean self catering apartment . Lovey hosts. Fully recommended.

Everything. It was warm, clean and cosy. And there was a lift!

As we were there for an event at The Tower, we didn’t realise how far it was from there, it was a good 15 minute walk( for us), but we just used Uber which around a four quid journey. Worth every penny. Great view of the Tower from our window.

The neighbours smashing up the room from 2am till 6am shouting screaming like zoo animals phoned the owner nothing was done about it.

Our stay was very satisfactory which was made better with the help and consideration of our host. Nothing was a problem

The apartment was not the one we booked from the Booking.com site but after speaking to the host we sorted an alternative apartment which was what we required and the host was very helpful and hassle free

The three piece in the lounge/kitchen was not very comfortable. The shower was not very warm even after having the water heater on for nearly two hours!

We had a great time

Hotel was lovely. Contacted owners a few days before arriving because I thought we might miss the 9pm check in and they were very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Owner showed us around when we first arrived. Games riom downstairs my kids enjoyee. Ewsy five minute walk into centre of town. We had an excellent stay

Fab value for money

It's not too far from central pier. The owners are friendly and make you feel welcome. There is some game machines and 2 pool tables great for entertainment when you come back to your apartment. I would book to come back here again.

Staff are always there to greet you with a smile anytime you arrive

Doors are heavy and was very close together in the apartment we stayed so was woke most mornings by other residents opening and closing doors head board was situated on wall between apartments so could hear everything in other apartment. But 9nly stayed 2 nights so wasn't a major issue for short stay without my little ones

Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Clean modern upto date rooms. Very Spacious even for 2 adults 5 children. Owners were very welcoming plenty for the children to do(games ect)

Enjoyable

Owners met us on arrival and explained all. Apartment was big for a studio and was very clean and comfy bed. We were provided with additional extras for the kithchen, bathroom etc. and there is a lift if needed which is a bonus. We had been before and everything was of the same high standard. We would certainly go again and recommend.

If I had to find something its probably the slot meter for the electric, you have to keep an eye on it not running out and the odd creaky floor board, but this is a bit picky.
