Perfect space for families

Great space with plenty of room. Good location for being close enough to the strip but not too close to be kept awake. Owner easy to get in touch with and quick reply.

Sofa quite uncomfortable but that's about it.

A really spacious, clean and well equipped apartment.

The space and location were really good for us attending a conference at the Winter Gardens. It was also really helpful to have off street parking.

Having one toilet/bathroom between four of us was a little inconvenient and would have been more so with a larger group.

Sofa both ends collapsed cooker was nit cleaned properly dirty frying pan also need better quilts mattress were stained also bathroom sink leaking did report sink and it was dealt with next day as you walked in the house looked lovely day before we left we cooked and seen how bad cooker was but they do need to put new quilts on bed staining mattress should be changed only seen when we stripped beds on leaving did report sofa but nothing done we noticed previously some one in March had complained about the sofa plus dinning room chair is loose ready to fall apart

Could have been better idea would be tv in bedroom as only 1 tv for whole house

Great property, great location.

Great location to the town centre. The property had everything we needed for our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like! A guide on what to put in the recycling bin would be nice as different areas allow different materials in the recycling bin.

Bulbs missing in bathroom made it hard for the men to shave, shower was either freezing cold or red hot, beds uncomfortable and flat pillows, sofa was not fit to sit on was like sitting on floor, crumbs and finger/toe nails under cushions, badly stained cups in kitchen really needs some updating and some paint

Great location and value for money

Great location and spacious enough for the 7 of us. Clean and tidy and good value for money. Had an issue with shower head not working well and message and they were round the next morning to change it.

Sofa needs looking at. Both ends sink as if springs are gone. Could do with a nice lamp in the living room too.

Great value for money, would deffo stay again

We liked how spacious the property was, was an ideal location near town and beach, not far from train station. Very good value for money.

The sofa was broke and really uncomfortable, the bathroom didnt seem as clean as it could of been especially the bath and shower. Needs a tele in the bedroom especially with alot of people.

The house was very clean and tidy. Good clean beds.. Great location.

Just needed bit of updating, doorway to kitchen floor not finished. Could have done with another TV in one of bedrooms when there's a few of you staying. Sofa bit low not comfortable.

Large premises for the money

Great spacious property in a good location ..about 15 min walk to winter gardens. Great communication with owner. Easrly check in was great. Space on the drive for one car and another can sit in front on the road Great value for money. LoCk box for ease of check in. Needed to pay a deposit but it was refunded promptly Would definitely book again

apartment had a very plesent smell on entry and very clean. staff when enquiring about anything were extremely helpful and wonderful (we didn't meet in person but did communicate on messages when needed) good facilities for the money. I really liked how the towels and even soap all smelt lovely of coconut which we thought was very in theme with the name of the place (coconut suite). The apartment was great, comfy sofa, very comfortable and clean beds. we liked the option of bath and walk in shower. We would definitely come stay again in future.

the only issue we had was extractor fan wasn't working so the smoke alarm went off but the staff were wonderful when we reported the issue and they said someone will look at it and see what issue is. We do wish there was an en suite toilet in attic or something as was plenty space as was a bit of a "queue" using bathroom for the 5 of us.

I enjoyed the space given both in the rooms and the living room, tenant below also didn’t seem too bothered by us so I was grateful as I was worried my friends were sometimes a lil too loud.

Brilliant property, clean and well kept, great location

Amazing value for money. We went for a weekend away, with extended family and the property was perfect. Great location, only a short 10-15 minute walk from the sea front. Free parking was a really great benefit.

Nice sized rooms, big kitchen, big living room clean house massive drive for parking, kids loved their and I will definitely be back to book this house.

Blocked sink in bathroom and flickering light in hallway which is an easy fix.

Location was great near the sea, and there were local shops.

The layout of the property was good, different bedrooms and private bathroom.

The bathroom sink was blocked, our bedroom duvet was ripped and the bed sheet had blood stains that someone tried to cover up, with a bed sheet. And the living room sofa was very uncomfortable.
