Basic but clean

The property is a 20 minute walk to the sea front and has a lovely view of the tower from the window. Check in was easy once we got the text from Lara. The property was very clean on arrival and made up very nicely.

The bunkbed for 3 people is metal so squeaks alot when people roll over ect which disturbed sleep. The amount of seating in the living room isn't enough for the amount of people the property sleeps. I understand the space isn't massive but getting creative with foldable chairs or beanbags could be idea. The shower heads also don't seem to be a good fit as the water sprays out in all directions. No washing up bowl or plug for the kitchen sink. The instructions for the heating could be lower and clearer too. We found we either had it extremely high or not on at all as it wasn't clear on to work it.

We stayed in the peach auite. Good value for money. Great location and there was parking.

The mattress on both the bed and the sofa bed need replaced. Very uncomfortable

Clean, and comfortable did the job.

Good location, nice set up in the rooms everything we needed for our stay.

Couldn’t get onto the WiFi big issue for the kids, the television connections on the back were loose and dodgy so there was limited channels and hit and miss. Needed curtains especially in the bed room when the security light comes on with other residents coming back.

Couple of nights in Blackpool with family :)

I stayed in Blackpool for 2 nights with my wife and three young kids (5, 8, 10). The apartment was as described and was very clean. Free parking outside. Closeby to the beachfront and local shops. Other than the minor issues that can be resolved quickly, we had no other issues. We enjoyed staying here and would use this apartment again in the future. A definite 9/10.

Couple of minor issues: 1) The mattress for the double bed needs to be changed. The springs are clearly damaged and it caused light discomfort. 2) The shower in the bathroom (the room with the double bed) needs the tap changed. We couldn't change the temperature from hot to a colder temperature, so this shower wasn't usable as the water was permanently too hot. Other than the minor issues that can be resolved quickly, we had no other issues. We enjoyed staying here and would use this apartment again in the future. A definite 9/10.

Good location, clean, cosy family apartment.

The property is in a good central location in a quiet street. Only 15 minutes walk to winter gardens. Host was very helpful, great communication from start to finish. Property was clean and warm.

There are two flights of stairs to get into the property. Could be doing with a small table and chairs. Bunk bed in second bedroom squeaked everytime the kids moved.

Nice spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms as an added bonus. Close walk to the beach. Local shops around the corner, Morrisons local.

WiFi was not the best and couldn’t connect the WiFi to the tv to watch any apps, ie Netflix, prime..

It was clean and comfortable and welcoming, great location (15 mins from tower)and the owners / staff were really helpful when I couldn’t figure out the heating and came out personally to show me so went above and beyond !

It’s a lot longer walk to the sea front then it stated Didn’t like the fact you had to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom Ok if you’re a family . We was two couples

Location brilliant! nice & quiet yet close to all attractions. Parking on site. Generally very clean. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well equiped. Ideal base for a few days by the sea. Great communication from host. Accommodation felt safe with cctv.

Peach suite ground floor, you have to go through bedroom to access bathroom. Shower head could do with change. As with most properties in Blackpool there is a small damp issue in bathroom.

It was clean and good value for money

Although there was a small kitchen there was no table or chairs for eating. Main bedroom was too small for the bed. Impossible to get in or out of bed if against the wall

The location was good and the apartment was a good size. The place was also very clean. It was easy to check in and to find the apartment. The beds are also very comfortable.

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped, no baking trays, bottle opener, tea towel, washing up liquid etc. There was only 1 hand towel between 2 bathrooms and it would have been good to have somewhere to place toothbrushes/toothpaste. Also some damage in the bathroom. The apartment is hot in sunny weather so a fan would have been appreciated.
