A very comfortable relaxing night away in a lovely well laid out property.
Breakfast wasn't included but there was a well stocked kitchen which was easy to use. The property is very well laid out, there is plenty of room to sit comfortably in the lounge, the dining room and the bed rooms are spacious enough.
Hot tub was very hot to start with but it was easy to turn it down. Other than that there was nothing we didn't like!

The place was roomier than expected, beautiful thoughtful touches and close enough to the centre to walk... communication was great, and really clean light vibe

Spacious and clean house with everything you’d need from a home stay. TV’s in all the bedrooms so you can get some space from each other after a busy day. Hot tub is a great addition too. Good communication before and during our visit.

Stayed with friends here for a night, absolutely stunning property, we all felt so comfortable, the property was spotless and very secure, the kitchen had everything you'd need, the bedrooms were beautiful and so comfy, we will definitely be returning

Victory hot tub house
House was very modern inside clean and comfortable. Garden area was private and boasted a hot tub.
Location was only a 10 to 15 min to tower or a 5min walk to tram station.

Exceptionally clean. Lovely place. Good size. Bedrooms spacious and lovely having seperate tv in each room. Parking permit for one car a very practical and welcome perk. Superb communication from start to finish. Can’t fault the service.
Recognise out of owners control… but not the most luxurious/cleanest of streets the house is situated on. Dog mess on pavement and surrounding houses having gardens full of rubbish isn’t the best look.

Not A luxury place
It was clean and tidy and you could walk to the tower from the property
It's an old terraced house, that although externally, it's painted and tidy, resides in an area that we weren't quite comfortable in. It was far from a luxury house, some of the furniture was falling apart, the mirror in the back bedroom was smashed, there seamed to be no matching cutlery, crockery in the kitchen, there was alot of plastic cups, not a set of glass wine glasses.
It took ages to work out the heating, so we were freezing when we got there. The lighting in the main front room didn't work. Whilst I can't say it was bad, it just wasn't good enough.

Immaculate through out! Has everything in it like a house, so got to cook oven pizzas etc.
Everyone was Absolutely chuffed with their stay at this property!
Hot tub was stunning.
Contacted hosts a few times about parking permit etc - they always replied very promptly.
Beds were cosy - no complaints off anyone.
No keys to property - only access code, which is excellent as not faffing around with keys.
If you are going, parking permit only for 1 car.
Would 1000% stay here again.
Area was a bit rough - with a house party out the back until early hours - we didn't mind, as long as no one blamed us etc for noise.

Perfect hideaway with friends with everything you need for a night away
As we arrived on the road we started doubting ourselves on what we had booked. But as we approached the property we were amazed on how nice it looked from the outside. Once inside we were welcomed to cleanliness and happy birthday banners as well as Prosecco! Hot tub was at the perfect temperature ready for us to use from the get go!
Perhaps an outdoor heater for when getting out the hot tub but that’s not for everyone! So can’t fault the place.

Amazing lovely, clean, well set out house. Lovely bedrooms big enough with storage. Little touches like tea,coffee, sugar and a bottle of prosecco provided. Walking distance to train station, best bars in north pier and tower, dungeons etc.

This is not a luxury stay, I have been more comfortable in my own tent, glad to get home.

Free bottle of Prosecco, which is what I needed after looking at all of the left over residue at the base of the toilet.
This was far from a luxury stay, please take luxury out of the title, it is very misleading. This stay was over charged & under delivered. I can honestly say it's the worst place I have stayed in via Booking.com. I hate the fact that I am having to write this because I have never written a review like this, I am usually the one reading the bad reviews & thinking surely it's not that bad but this really was. The pictures look so much better than the property itself. The worse thing was going into the bathroom & feeling violated by the remanence of someone else's vomit or bodily fluids (not sure what it was but it was gross) on the outside of the toilet, on the floor, splashed up the outside of the bath & on the wall. I had to wipe around the toilet & bathroom which was totally disgusting, literally gagging. The house was quiet dusty, my son sneezed every time he went upstairs in the bedroom. The beds were so uncomfortable, I thought it was just me but even the kids didn't sleep well they said they could feel the springs coming through the bed, there were 7 people in our group & we all felt like we had aged 30 years by the time we left. We are all avid campers and I have felt more comfortable in a tent than that house. The sofas in the living room were really uncomfortable, one had the spring falling out of the bottom of it. The remotes for the TV's downstairs do not work properly, the arrows would not work so could not scroll, swapped the remotes around just in case they had got mixed up but no. Although this is a 8 person property there is only 1 parking permit, we did find some parking a few street down but when asking for that information from the host, no reply was given. The hot tub is literally a blow up hot tub, it's not luxury. The fridge door seemed like it had come off the hinge as it was making a scraping sound every time it opened or closed. The kitchen cupboards under the sink smelt mouldy.

Everything was in that we needed, grandchildren loved having their own rooms with TV and the hot tub. Complimentary bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch. Free parking.

An overall amazing property far better than a B&B
Everything was amazing. On arrival, street parking right outside (requires parking permit - provided inside property) on entering property it was very bright, fresh and clean. A bottle of Prosecco and glasses was a really nice touch and welcoming after our long journey. Outside is a lovely seating area and hot tub which was a great area to relax and chat after a busy day in Blackpool. The kitchen/dining room has all the kit you need. The comfortable lounge with its huge television was again bright and clean.
The bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable and again spotlessly clean, towels and linen supplied. The bathroom has a spa bath and a really nice powerful shower.
The location of the property brilliant - a 10 minute walk from north shore
Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property.
If we wanted to be picky, but really wasn’t a problem - a washing up bowl or plug for the kitchen sink would be useful.

Ideal base for exploring Blackpool.
Clean and modern. Comfy beds well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely hot tub and courtyard and free on-street parking using a pass provided. TV in lounge, dining area and each bedroom. Just a short walk to the North pier, sea front, supermarket and bars and restaurants. Very quiet at night.

Fabulously laid out apartment. Everything we needed was provided and the communication and attention from the owners was superb. Thank you. A close location for the town centre and attractions. Close to local supermarkets. We had a really good time.

There was nothing we could fault. It's so handy for everything you would need. The location was very quiet. We used the outdoor space most of the 1st night and enjoyed the hot tub, which was amazing.

Was a great location. Near the beach and the zoo and sealife, the house was very clean and kids luved the hot tub, the whole house was very clean and spacious the kitchen was very nice and the outside and inside table and chairs..I could not falt this place well worth the money seen reviews about the area but to be honest we met lovely family's around there very pleasant will defo book again and the lady I spoke to she was more then happy to helped and answered my call every time so thank you see you next time
