This property is designed to be the perfect home away from home, providing a fully equipped kitchen area & cosy living room with neutral decor. This property is 4 x bedrooms, of which are 2 x double bedrooms, 1 x single bedroom & 1 x triple bedroom (1 single bed, 1 double bed). Your furry friends are also welcome here for £30 per pet!
The nearest car park for additional cars is Caunce Street Car Park.
There is a cleaning fee of £103 & a fully refundable damage deposit of £300 for this property.
Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
